Went through the drive-thru for lunch as we were passing by. The food was mostly fresh and hot, but is it really that difficult for the drive thru worker to say a single word? Pulled up and she opened the window and didn't say anything, left it open. A minute later I'm playing with the radio and a debit machine comes flying through my window. I pay and she yanks it back saying nothing. Couple more minutes and a bag of food is flung out the window. I said "is this everything?" No response and she shuts the window so I drove away. No hello, no how would you like to pay, no asking if we needed ketchup (we did by the way, and there was none in the bag), no thank you, no here you go, no have a nice day, nothing. Part of customer service is actually SPEAKING to the customer. 2 stars for the food only, that girl needs a new job - preferably away from people.
Medium sized facility with the usual product offerings. It is located in a strip mall and has a drive - thru, plentiful free parking, and outdoor seating.
Had an amazing experience at DQ. This was my first order at DQ in Canada and I loved it! I was willing toeat at DQ from so long and luckily I was nearby & I choose the right place. I was confused what to order at first but the lady at the counter Priti helped me choose and it was delicious. You got a new regular customer. I'll definitely visit here again.
Fast and amazingWe where watching the Oilers game and decide to go to DQ in between periods. We made it back just before the period started because of the workers there. Definitely a five star.
Don’t eat at this location, you will get sick.. I was at this location last week and they gave me old stale food.. When I got home I called to make a complaint and the manager I spoke too name was Pretty.. She told me the time time I come there that she will replace my food for me and took my name and phone number down.. Yesterday April 27th at 730pm I went there to get my replacement order to be told that they won’t and can’t replace my order because my name isn’t in the book.. I showed my receipt proof of purchase and again told them the name Pretty of the manager I spoke too.. They were extremely rude to me and would not replace my meal.. Today I called to ask to speak you pretty and was told she’s away on holidays now till May 10th.. Thanks for the horrible service and disgusting food.. I have made a complaint with customer service and also this location has been flagged for a health inspector visit soon.. I won’t ever be back at this location ever again..
Got a custom cake made for my sons birthday. Made it exactly how I asked, tasted wonderful. Clean restaurant friendly environment.
Today I ordered my second cake from this location. I have to express how amazing the customer service and attention to detail is with their staff. Ordered multiple times from this location through Skip. Went in today to make up for all the items they have missed out via Skip. Was questioned and made to feel like I'm playing some sort of game. Felt very awkward and as if I was the one who had done something wrong. When I am the customer out probably $50 + over many orders. And then to argue and make me feel bad when I make the time to go out of my way/day.. I provided my name/number and was asked to provide it when I come in when I initially called about missing items - then I do so, and I'm shrugged off because some girl named Seleena couldn't verify our story"... ? This isn't the first the time I have dealt with missing items/lack of training. But the is the first time I've left feeling like I had to write this. Sooo diasspaointed. Dairy Queen customer of 30 + years. And never again after making me feel like I'm a crook for wanting what I'm owed/paid for. VERY DIASSPAOINTED. #UNIONMWMBER5000PPL+.. So I'll be letting others know.
One of our go to locations for Blizzards. But beware of asking for "extra stuff" - they'll charge you for Every. Single. Topping. Be prepared to pay 2-3x the upcharge if your Blizzard has more than one topping included (eg. "Brownie Batter", or limited time coasters Blizzards, like the "Cookie Collision"). Your $9 Blizzard suddenly costs $13.Sadly, this practice is not unique to this location... Most urban locations have begun to follow suite.DQ really needs to update its menus to reflect this inducing policy, instead of relying on their intentionally baked-in ambiguity to boost profits.
Came in 10 minutes before closing, they quickly prepared our orders and let us sit to enjoy them. So kind, they even brought the blizzard and parfait to us ?
