Drive through is always efficient. Getting out of the parking lot can be a bit of an issue during rush hour.
July 16 about 9:45 drive through, we ordered $8 cheese burger meal, a blizzard and a milkshake. We pulled up and the lady asked if our order was the double cheese burger, we said no, it's the cheese burger meal, she said okay then we paid and she gave us a double cheese burger.Then we corrected it, she exchanged for the right meal, proceed to flip the blizzard, things falled out when flipped. And finally she forgot to give us the milkshake. F up one item in the order is normal. But all 3, extraodinary! Never heard any sorry from her!
Went in tonight for food, waited in front of line, 2 other cashiers seen me waiting, but i was never engaged at all, cashier closest to the door just looked down at her register the entire time. How hard is it to say may i take your order? Went to wendys across the street instead
It was everything you would expect out of a Dairy Queen visit. The burger and fries were way over priced as usual. I had a delicious Peanut buster Parfait which is vanilla ice cream topped with peanuts and hot chocolate sauce. That was fantastic. I never advise buying the hot foods at DQ because the prices are far too steep. I made an exception this time.
i had a issue with the drive through staff and went back to speak to the manager and was treated exceptional as DQ has always been and always enjoy the burgers and the staff is always polite
Gave the wrong food and missing stuff. All new staff had no idea how to run a DQ.

This place is clean but the food is not hot and it's the same as another dq thank you for your business.
We have been always satisfied but last Friday the girl on the drive thru really took good care of us.
Another location not participating in the DQ Rewards program..... extremely disappointing considering they charge a premium for ice cream.
