Great service just a real lack of the English language or refused to speak it in canada
Disappointed. I used the dairy queen mobile app to look at the deals/coupons, and turns out this location doesn't accept mobile orders. So I opened up the deal/coupon to redeem "in restaurant", and when i tell them i have the mobile app coupon, they tell me they don't have a scanner to scan the barcode (they only take a numerical code which is not provided on dairy queens app). Really disappointing that a chain restaurant has an app and one of the newest locations does not accept the mobile deals. I asked if there was any way they could honor the coupon and they declined.After going ahead with the order despite the issues with the coupon, i ask for a small amount of whipped cream in a cup for my small dog (like the Starbucks puppaccino). Apparently that had a charge too. When i asked them to make an accommodation for the whipped cream since they couldn't price their own company's mobile app coupons, they declined stating "it's company policy."Very disappointed with the customer service, especially given it's their own issue that this location doesn't honor its corporate mobile deals/coupons. And the response of the staff member who was in charge with respect to the "company policy" line definitely was not considerate of the customer experience. What sucked worse is i decided to come to dairy queen rather than McDonald's...Don't bother coming to this location if you're looking to save with mobile deals/coupons.
Food is great for the prices and their customer service was good as well.
Worst service ever, sit in the drive thru and get to the window after waiting behind one car for 15 mins just to be asked what our order is because the person who took it originally didn’t put it in.
The service was friendly and the ice cream was good but I've never had to pay for a glass of water before. Especially considering my sister had just paid 15$ for our ice cream.
The guy had good customer service. However, the order took too long to be ready. More than 15 minutes. I think this is an abuse, insult, and a disrespect of customer’s time. I also only said 2 white cheese and they instead put 3 when I told them not too. Like I actually do not understand. Is it that I am haunted by my past everywhere I go that I have to be treated so incredibly bad that even when I speak up it does not matter?, or I have to do something in order to get good customer service? Like marrying a blonde woman? Because she would be the only who would understand my needs? And the one who can give me everything? Gosh, no way thanks. Thank for nothing Dairy Queen. This is the last time I will buy an order from 17 street. GOODBYE!!!!
My regular DQ place!! Staff and service is great. Place is also clean. It’s always a treat visiting this location.
back when they first opened up couple years ago, they didn't get any of my orders correctly. But now revisiting, its night and day difference. hot/fresh food, quick service and also friendly staff keep up the great work! ?
While I actually do love this location, getting to it for the first time not easy but also the franchise owner hasn't bother putting the DQ points system @ this location & same with mobile ordering on the app... But yet they do delivery with Uber eats & SkipTheDishes.... Until the franchise owner fixes this issue is when I'll rate my experience and review higher
Food and ice cream was so delicious. Jashan is really sweet she always serve us with smile. Service was quick too. I highly recommend to visit this Dairy Queen.
