Awesome experience. Delightful staff, totally adorable. They prepared my favourite Blizzard even if it's not on the menu anymore. A mindblowing customer service. I would put more stars if it was possible. Will come back to that location. This team always goes above and beyond regular customer service.
We go out of our way to come to this Dairy Queen even passing 2 others. I'm not sure what it is but the service here is fantastic and the people are always willing to go above and beyond to make the experience worth it.The managers of this location should be proud.
I am extremely disappointed with this DQ location, almost every time I come here and order blizzards half the ice cream is vanilla. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay 16$ for 2 small chocolate extreme blizzards with extra brownies where half the blizzard ends up being vanilla with no toppings. If I just wanted plain vanilla ice cream I could just go to McDonald’s and pay 2$.
I went through the drive thru yesterday evening, and the girl at the window was so incredibly sweet. I find it very rare to come across people like that, and I actually left feeling happier. That experience on its own makes me want to come back to this location, but their food is also amazing. I would highly recommend this location.
Okay people what is it..ask for no bun .. does everyone losse their minds or what?? I just ordered 2 cheese burgers 1 with no bun... asked for lettuce wrapped they said not an option.. okay with no bun than.... get home... do you think I got no bun??? Of course not! No burger for me today..Thanks!!
Should you greet your customers??? No greetings. I was ordering on drive thru and i was speaking clearly my order but i think they are deaf o any problem with their ear i thing we say orange juice but they listen water then again we say orange smoothie but they listen water please change you ears or change your staff
Ordered two chocolate cherry love blizzards but received chocolate strawberry that was nothing but white icecream for more that one half of the cup.
Ordered off Skip. Missing items. Would not respond to calls or emails. What food I got was good though. Pictured are items not delivered.
So I ordered 2 blizzards a Georgia mud fudge and a pumpkin pie blizzard. The Georgia mud fudge was finished awhile before the pumpkin pie blizzard and when served the Georgia mud almost dumped out when served upside down then they took it back and made me wait for another one to get made. All said and done I waited extra long and by the time the second one was remade the pumpkin pie blizzard was now soupy hmmmmm
Food is usually high quality, though fried chicken is sometimes quite old. Amazing work on cakes though! Staff is always smiling and friendly.
