Good quality, a bit higher prices for the ice cream cake though compared to other DQ locations.
The manager needs to own up when she makes a mistake and apologize instead of storming away after she is corrected. Grow up and find someone else to run this place.Clearly by the reviews I'm not the first.
Good and friendly staff. Plus drive thru has always been quick. No real complains here.
If i could leave -10 stars I would. Everytime i come here I’m very disappointed with service. I Recommend travelling to a different neighbourhood if you want Dairy Queen.
Terrible terrible , always takes forever for food, and they don’t tell you ahead of time - wait until you pay , had to go in to get my food while they help every other customer !! So annoyed!
Disappointed me second time! The girl at DT greeted well but the fries were super cold and the grilled chicken was more like boiled chicken ( maybe they microwaved that). Not coming back!
Ordered skip the dishes... all flame thrower burgers/ patties are burned and dry like piece of wood.. mushroom burger had no mushroom or sauce.. terrible meals
I think they have alot of new staff. Lots of repeating of my order at the speaker and again at the window. Sundae didn't have alot of sauce . Usually it's good here thou
Incredibly slow drive-thru and rude staff. 10+ mins in the drive-thru and when I came in to point out a mistake on an item in the order they blamed me for the mistake, called me rude and turned their back and walked away after getting the second drink. I had half a mind to refuse the re-done drink and demand a refund.
