This has always been our go to location for DQ treats, however we have noticed a change in the texture and flavor of the soft serve, it doesn't even melt properly. But, I don't think it is just this location. The burgers and such are still great.
Place didn't even look open. Both entry doors were smashed glass , even the sign boards were ripped off the outside walls. Food was ok but only ate here because there was no time to search for another place as we were going to see Garth Brooks.
Run by incompetent, unapologetic kids. Food is cold and ice cream is melted. Save yourself the waste of time...go anywhere else!!! Even my six year old said the food was cold. For shame.
My blizzard wasn't served upside down, it was super runny and disappointing. It also took 15 minutes just to get it even though the drive through was empty when I arrived. I'm really disappointed and I won't be back.
Disappointed place. Do not eat here. The quality is bottom shelf. There ice cream used to be yummy and awesome. Not anymore. Its like they dont even wanna provide good service or give that extra step of making your DQ treat the best. Worst experience.
DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION.We had spelled out what we wanted written, and they still messed up. Also completely disregarded our colour requests.Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service and execution.Do not rely on them to not mess up your cake.
If there was zero stars that’s what they would get!!! I asked what the deal was for the week which was 2 single cheese burgers for $5.50, so I ordered it and also order 2 double thinking there was a deal like before when she told me the amount $25 something I said there is no deal for doubles she said no. I said ok than please change my order and give me 6 singles for 16.50 instead. She had already charged my card and said I have to talk to the manger. He came and said he can’t change it because they are already made and he would have to throw away the whole double burger away. Worst service ever. Horrible new owners. Don’t ever go there…….
Well I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. It bit me in the butt. I ordered an ice cream cake on Sunday for pick up Tuesday. Cake was complete, but it wasn't done correctly. I live in SK and my daughter's boyfriend picked the cake up for me. The person who took my order specifically asked the spelling of the name and they screwed up and then asked what color of writing I wanted. I asked for red and the writing on the cake was black and green. Hopefully it tastes ok but not being able to follow instructions is very disappointing. Especially when they asked. Will never order from here again and would suggest for other's not to order from here either unless you want to be disappointed.
I have been coming at this dairy from last 6 years since the new management the speed of service sucks. As there is not enough staff and dining is closed as well. All other locations have dinning open. Would not recommend this DQ ?
Absolutely rude employees. Was spoken down to by an employee and when I tried to speak up for my self 3 of then practically jumped through the window at me while yelling. Deffenetly need to learn to respect your customers.
