The food is consistently excellent. Service is professional, but relaxed. I don't live close, but make a point to go at least once a year. How pleasant that the retro-chic decor is well-maintained and familiar. Did I mention the prices are extremely reasonable? My favourite Edmonton restaurant. What a gem.

DaDeO is super unique joint on Whyte Ave that is a great place to stop for dinner. The interior is very unique and harks back to the 60s with a dive bar/diner aesthetic that feels inviting. They play (predominantly) jazz which suits the vibe of the place. The food was incredible. My wife and I shared the sweet potato fries and loved them (arguably the best we have ever had) . We also tried some their mixed drinks which were incredible. The drinks are also fairly priced for what you are getting. We each also tried a po-boy and they did not disappoint. The blackened catfish po-boy is unreal and the sides (potato hash and coleslaw) are also really tasty. The portions are also generous. The only downside is that the service can be a bit lacking. However, this only slightly detracts from overall experience. Overall, DaDeO is a great place for dinner and I will happily return in the future.

I've been to New Orleans and DADEO'S is still one of my favourite Creole & Cajun restaurants! They have incredible 'Po Boy sandwiches, sweet potatoes fries and bread pudding in whiskey sauce. Been going here for 20 years, and the quality of the food remains consistent. Always tasty and you get solid portions. The decor is unique and the vibe is always mellow. Be sure to book a reservation ahead of time as it fills up quickly. A great place to go with family, friends, or to bring a date. A reminder that this is not a fast food joint, dining here is an experience and good things take time. The jalapeño jelly is one- of-a-kind as well, they sell jars of it to bring home. I always return whenever I'm in town. Support this local establishment that's got character.

Wow! She has doubled my profits . I got my withdrawal today from Mrs LINDA i invested $1,500 and earn a profit of $18,000 and that's a lot of money , I can't still believe that there's a platform that pays. Everyone should hurry up and join this platform and witness what I'm talking about Mrs Linda james. My husband and I have been here many times since we moved to Edmonton! All the food on their menu is amazing, the music and vibe is fantastic and the service is by far the best we have ever experienced! Love it here! Definitely a place to check out if you are ever in Edmonton or even if you want a fun date night!!

I had a po'boy (Philly cheesesteak) and it was so delicious. It started with the great bread and went from there. Others at my table all had different meals they thoroughly enjoyed them. The authentic vintage vibe was a treat.

best food and service hands down

Casual, cool, the best staff and great food. They had a kitchen issue a couple of years back so if you tried before and weren't impressed give it a second chance.I'm really glad I did. They're back to their original quality with some new items.Recommend the crab cake Po' boy.

Very cool place, first dish I ordered was just amazing! The apple and Avocado salad- add chicken as well and it was just delicious! Second dish was calamari which was not good- the calamari itself was extra rubbery and the crust was just to heavy and tasteless. Over all I loved this place and definitely come again once in Edmonton, I must try more as the salad just left a very good impression on me

Love this place. Great music, staff, and decor. I’ve had the seafood jambalaya and the gumbo which were both awesome. Sweet potato fries are tasty, but are always short on sauce and it’s a bit of an annoyance to be charged for more. The jalapeño jelly and biscuits are a great starter. Would recommend
