The service can be quite bad at this location depending on who is working.This morning, person pretended not to see me as they didn’t want to serve me. Tim hortons is right in front of this location always with a line. I dunno, you’d think they would be extra diligent to gain business seeing as there’s hundreds of people passing by everyday. If I owned this shop I’d be friendly and handing out samples. What a missed opportunity… this is why chain stores and restaurants won’t ever have the quality and care as a mom and pops.

Honestly, horrible experience this week. Ordered cookies for my birthday. They were delayed because of a storm - not CBG’s fault. The cookies were then delayed a 2nd day. I received a refund but it didn’t seem like they were eager to help. On the 3rd day delayed they were finally out for delivery and were returned to the destination. When I called FedEx to find out why they were not delivered they said CBG had stopped the shipment. So instead of being delivered to me late, to at least get some enjoyment out of my birthday order, they are being returned to Edmonton to be thrown out. I love these cookies and I have paid the steep $80 many times to get some delivered to Ontario but after this interaction I will never be ordering again.

they make the yummiest Chocolate Macaroon Cookies. I wish we had somewhere closer to Medicine Hat or Lethbridge so I could get some. These are my absolute favorite cookie.
I needed to make a last minute order to be delivered on the same day. Jaime at head office was quick to return my call and arranged for the delivery once I placed my order. Her customer service was outstanding and I am beyond satisfied. I will be ordering again in the future! Thanks!

I like the coffee at this place they serve Lavazza which is an excellent brand. The service is very slow if there is a line up. They do not know how to organize there orders by priority.
