i missed coco fresh tea thats why i visited today but im not happy with my purchased its was not like before creamy and tasted real avocado..Now it was bland and less avocado
I love sago milk tea and this is best place to find sago. Ordering ahead online is supreme so you don’t wait in line!
The menu was overwhelming. I walked in knowing I wanted a smoothie like consistency bubble tea and walked out with a clear bubble tea. I should have asked questions about the drinks, but they were too busy.
Very professional and understanding customer service! I was surprised how soon they were to reply to my issue. I still enjoy coco bubble tea and will continue to go back after the misunderstanding :)
One of the server named Josh (curly hair) with pearl necklace working in Coco WEM on Sept. 12, 2021 at about 6 pm ish was the worst that I have encountered. In fact, i've never experienced something like this before. This brat literally yelled at me while taking my order, rolled his eyes and glared at me. The store was filled and noisy, so i couldn't hear well while ordering. Instead of being understanding and apologetic, thats what he did. This guy should not be working in customer service. COCO management, this person should be fired for the sake of your customers.

I really want to give ZERO to this store If I could. I ordered a Pearl roasted milk tea and just had only taken a few sips then I found a long hair in my mouth mixed with pearls. It was really disgusting. It messed up my whole day. I'm going to tell all my friends and families never to come into this store. It's really outrageous that could happen during the Covid-19, where hair can carry untold amounts of virus. If I get a diagnosis of Coronavirus in the next few days, this store will take full responsibility.
