Super busy after lunch, but very quick service. Pretty standard experience from coco, my husband had avocado slush & boba and the boba was kinda hard inside. All in all a good quick service tea place to go to.

Best milk tea place in Edmonton, I have tried a lot of places but I still come back for this..Current fave is their new Matcha Macciato with brown pearls. ? Must try!!

I am very disappointed about the service I got. I ordered my drinks through website around 9:20PM, 40 minutes before closing time. And they just rejected my mobile order. So I went inside and ordered the same drinks. However, the cashier who got my order was so unkind and looked annoyed. He kept asking again and again, which I literally had to shout it out to so that he can hear me. He didn’t ask me about the drinks’ sugar level or toppings. I was going to adjust my sugar level, but he just make me to pay and went inside. I understand the employees can feel exhausted and tired as human especially near the closing time, but as one of the customers, I was very disappointed at that employee’s attitude.

The service and staff are good.Just want to talk to the owner. It is extremely hot weather and there is no AC in store. Getting an ac please. Only two girls working and they were super super busy, hire more people and get more people work on weekends please.

Great Bobba! Ask for extra pearls...brown sugar mill tea...soon good!

I regularly order a taro bubble tea slush from Cocos and they're very, very inconsistent. Sometimes the drink is made well, but maybe 1 out of 4 times the drink has double as much ice as it should, and hardly any flavor. For the price, I would expect better consistency and quality. Never have any issues at Dream Tea, and considering that a taro bubble tea is amongst the most popular drinks, they really should work to ensure the ingredients are in the proper proportions.

Cocos is our favorite place for bubble tea, and we try to stop in whenever we are in the city. Please note that they can be short staffed and they are doing their best to serve you. Remember to be kind and patient.

We went in to redeem a birthday drink, which was a medium milk tea with tapioca. The Caucasian employee was super nice, when we asked to see if we can have them make the drink with no tapioca as tapioca makes my gf sick, she had to refer to another employee named “Jaja”. “Jaja” gave us so much attitude, never looked up at us. Refused to use any common sense. We weren’t asking for substitution, we were just simply asking for them to not add their tapioca. She refused to listen and shook her head the whole time. The girl who helped us looked like she felt shame for her colleague and kept apologizing when it wasn’t her fault, we appreciate her effort. “Jaja” on the other hand lacks common sense, customer service skills, and any sort of proper communication skills. Because of this, I do not think we will be returning to Cocos south as there are tons of alternatives in this area.

I ordered a Sago Taro Bubble Tea and really looked forward to the pearls, but I got tapioca. The pearls add an enhanced texture. As a result, this drink was unsatisfactory. Without the pearls, bubble tea is not the same. So, it turns out that Sago is a topping. In addition, the Bubble tea is overpriced. Other family members paid 7.49 each for the mango flavoured bubble tea (tasted good but way too much ice) Even Starbucks specialty coffee like the Venti Caramel Macchiato costs less. Very disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

3 out of 5 drinks that we ordered had missing ingredients. We ordered 1 taro with black pearls, as you can see in the picture there’s none. Because we’re doing social distancing, I don’t have a picture of 2 avocado drinks that don’t have pudding in it. We don’t have time to complain yesterday as we have short breaks.
