Very slow. Like I even ordered online ahead of time. No one came out of chicken to greet the customer until 5 mins later. When I asked for my pick up order - they only realized they have an online order- so I was stuck waiting for another 15 mins .
We ordered delivery, got 4 of their flavors and a poutine.One of the simplest things they've done that puts them above any other chicken place was that the chicken was in little mini cardboard pizza boxes instead of styrofoam or the flimsy wax lined carboard for takeout and that kept the chicken crispy even after the 20 or so minute drive to our house. Texture was still amazing, the flavor, I was honestly expecting the garlic soy to be my favorite but the snow cheese. That's my new favorite, it's cheesey but ever so slightly sweet. Honestly could have just had 12 of it and lucked the box cleanThe poutine too was actually layered a bit and not just gravy thrown on top, and of course curds.
I was in the mood for fried chicken but not Popeye's. They make crispy chicken that you can dip with their sauces. The chicken wasn't too oily, the sauce wasn't spicy enough for me.I prefer SFC over this, but this is far more convenient.
I ordered via the app, they called to confirm the order, yet still did not include the coleslaw in my meal. They also nearly forgot to include the beverages. The chicken was very average. I would choose the nearby KFC over this any day.

I walk in to place an order for 12 pieces of chicken at 6:35 pm. It was communicated it will take 15 minutes. At 7:15 pm it was communicated it will be another 10 minutes. The order is ready at 7:25 pm. If they communicated it would take +40 minutes, I would not have ordered and went to a different establishment. They lied and are way too slow.
Missing items 3 times in a row - usually don’t complain but when I actually called to tell them they forgot and all they say is ohh ya oh oh ya Sorry sorry but no resolution to the problem no offering how to fix it . Just lots of hmmm ohh yaya. ! Takes 25 min for 1 order - waste of time driving there .
Loved all the flavors of chicken. Delicious! My Kids love them too.
Ordered from here on friday afternoon on skip the dishes. When my order arrived i was missing a whole meal (chicken tenders and fries) so i called to let them know... the lady on the phone seemed sorry, but notified me they did not have a delivery driver and could not get me my missing chicken. Fine. A refund is fine for me, i will just let my nephew eat, and ill get something on the way to work. No problem at all, she tells me she will call me back after figuring it out, its now Sunday, no call back, no refund, nothing. I guess my time and money means nothing to these guys, very disappointing.
