We love cloudcakes! We always grab their cake to bring to the events we've been invited to and the guests always rave about the cakes. Why I didn't rate it 5* was not because of the taste or quality (because both are amazing 5***!) It was the customer service that took a star off my rating. The young man that I received service from was not very pleasant or pleased that I had a change of mind and wanted to switch to the other cake in the display case. I initially picked a cake which he boxed up but when I saw another cake that we have not tried before, I inquired if I can just pick that instead. I did feel I was given a bit of an attitude in which I just responded a polite, thank you so much without much of a response from him. In any case, we will still continue to get our cakes from this establishment since we do love their cakes.
My mom and I were on the west end of the city today and we needed some fresh cupcakes. We just so happened to find auntie lou’s! we stopped in and picked up 12 cupcakes. the lady at the front was very nice. Everyone LOVED the cupcakes! the icing was airy and light not to sweet and the cupcake was very moist and delicious! You definitely have a new customer here! i can’t wait to try a few more of your items!

Bought a 8.5 inch Chocolate cake for a birthday party here and it was very good. The cake was moist and you can really taste the quality they put into it. I ordered relatively last minute on a thursday evening for saturday afternoon with no issues. The cake was around 63 dollars
