Love their spicy chicken and honey biscuits fries and onion rings
Used to be good. This time salty.Also greasy, that is usually because of low temperature frying when a new batch of fridge temperature chicken pieces was added immediately after the first batch was removed from the deep fryer without letting the oil to heat back up to the desired temperature.
Chicken tenders and pieces are great at this place.The staff are always friendly and helpful every time I come! Mompi showed great customer service today.Would recommend!
UPDATE: the GM recieved my email complaint right away and called within 15 minutes. Personally apologized and offered me a new combo next time I am in the city. Will try again and adjust my review when I actually get to try it. Check your orders. Drove all the way home (1.5 hours) and there was no chicken in my chicken sandwich. Nice waste of time and money.
After reading the other reviews, it looks like this location is well known for forgetting items. I had ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and the lady asked what sides I wanted. I said jalapeno bombers and coleslaw. Turned out the meal only came with one side. So why did she say sides (plural)? She then re entered it and charged me for 2 sides. Well that's all fine and dandy, until we got home and realized my coleslaw was missing.You guys need to smarten up and learn how to pack orders.
This new American chain restaurant should have great food and excited staff in its launch period, unfortunately it has mediocre food and disinterested staff, but it’s across the street from a massive high school so it’s potential customer base is pretty large so it will probably show good sales in the end.
1)Food as always excellent.The best in Edmonton.2)Tables are not clean.3)The lady who took the order(I Don't want to mention her name but Her name Starts with "A" and end with "A" was super rude, with an ebow tatoo.). Her customer service skills are very insulting. Rude face looks she don't want anyone to dine-in at 8pm. We gave order , pay and I say thank you and she don't even want to reply.4) You are providing the best food in town n we love it from day one. My recent dine-in experience with the friends was a great one. I've never been to one of these before but my friend recommended it to me to try out and I must say, it was a unique experience. I grabbed myself a 3 piece chicken meal and was pleasantly surprised to see that the pieces they gave us was nice and big! Lots of meat on the chicken too. The breading was a unique for me but I did not hate it. Although at times it was too much for me that I had to dip it in some gravy to moisten it. I'm not much of a fan of biscuits but their honey biscuits are pretty tasty. They even serve ice cream, which tastes difference compared to your traditional fast food ice cream. I wouldn't say it's worse but definitely different. The only lackluster item during my visit was the mashed potatoes. I dislike the packaged taste of these potatoes and it cheapens the experience. Overall, for the price, I'd say I came out satisfied and wouldn't mind trying this again. There's a lot on the menu that intrigues me. I'd recommend the pieces of chicken as they are satisfying in terms of the quality and quaniy of meat you get, so long as you can get past the rather drier breading.
Wow! The biscuits are amazing, even cold when taken home. I had a chicken sandwich. It was tasty. I could only eat half, definately will try the wrap next time. Really good french fries ?. Thanks for lunch and a bottled water instead of pop ?
Went to Church's Chicken to pick up lunch for my staff and when i got back to my office I noticed they had forgot to put an item in the bag.When i phoned the restraint the manger was awesome to deal with he brought the missing item to my office. That's going above and beyond to fix the mistake that was made. Thank you for the good service and this will always be my favorite place for chicken. 100% the best manager i have ever dealt with
