I am here to share my horrible experience last night, the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I brought my son to join a party with other friends. Just because my son is really tall compared with regular kids of 10 year-old. The lady in her 50’s almost force me to get a Birth certificate to prove my son’s age. But I never have been questioned about that issue. And who will think of bring health care card for a dinner for a kid! I felt like if I can’t show her anything, I was cheating. So embarrassed. Finally, I had to go to my CRA website to find my son’s birthday. But from her eyes, you could tell she did not trust that information from Canada Revenue Agency. Anyway, after that she did not question anymore. If I didn’t go with my friends, I would left that restaurant immediately. The trust between each other is the basic respect. This is my first and last time here. Note: bring kid’s birth certificate.
I love this hot pot buffet the most. Great food , great atmosphere and great value. I got to pick whatever i want from the counter, it's a plus, better than other ayce hot pot....
I'm here almost every week. All you can eat selection is great for hotpot. Weekend lunches and after 8:30 PM dinners have a great 5 item value.
It offers great hot pot buffet. If you are not really hungry, come after 20:30 when they offer the set meals. You can choose the soup stock, rice or noodles, and 4 items of meat, seafood or vegetables.
For the price and what you end up getting, it's everything you could ask for from a hot pot buffet. It's a complete feast of everything you would like to eat in a hot pot. In addition, it even has all you can eat hot foods and desserts including ice cream. They have a sauce bar that has tons of hot pot sauces to self mix to your preference.They also have a non-all you can eat option that gives you a heaping serving of any five items including meat and seafood items and a soup which will also definitely fill you up if you want that option for only $18.95.Great value.
Great service and lots of food choices.
By far the best hotpot buffet I have been to! So many types of meat, sauces, veggies, dessert, and entrée to choose from and you can come back as many times as you want (although as far as my memory serves me, there's a 2 hour limit stay). The soup as well is unlimited, so you can cook all the meat that you grabbed. I am not quite sure how much it is per head (although I think their website states it), but all I know is that it's worth it! It can get really packed here especially during the weekends, so make sure to give them a call to see if they can get you seated without any wait or you can even reserve. I will definitely come back here many times over!
Totally loved this place! I had hot-pot before. But this place has a really extensive buffet! I took the Curry soup base, which was mildly spicy. We also ordered the beef and lamb separately. Everything was so amazing! Fantastic service too. Among desserts there were ice cream, mouse cakes, and fruits. I would highly recommend this place.
Delicious as always! Our go-to hot pot place in Edmonton! Fairly busy on the weekends, especially after 8:30pm because they have a late night special. I always get the free soup base and add my own seasoning from the sauce bar.
