I popped in during Monday afternoon. The server was very friendly and patient while I decided what to order - there’s a lot to choose from! I ordered a taro smoothie with pudding and it is my new favorite! I love that they blend real taro in the drink. It has a more natural and full bodied flavour compared to other bubble tea stores. Clean and comfortable interior. Highly recommend!

Definitely never coming back. The Jessica Tran girl is so rude, terrible customer service. There were floaties in my drink one time. The drinks taste terrible.

Been a long time customer here but I won't be returning after my experience today. Ordered a roasted brown sugar milk tea with 30% sugar. The cashier let me know that sugar isn't customizable with the brown sugar pearls and there was a bit of confusion there. No big deal, but when I left, I realized they gave me regular tea instead of roasted tea. My partner went back in to explain, and the other cashier (I always see her here so maybe a manager) absolutely BERATED them and went off about how "we always read back the order so it's your fault if it's wrong. Now it's a loss for us because you didn't listen." We didn't get a chance to explain that the order was never read back to me because of the brown sugar confusion.I understand being frustrated, but to take it out on my partner and make us feel bad for asking for the drinks we ordered was so unnecessary and rude. We weren't upset when we went back in to ask for a remake, and the male cashier that took the order definitely seemed new and a bit frazzled. He never read the order back to me, which the other cashier would have known if she let us explain instead of cutting us off every two seconds and shaming us in front of the entire store. It's just bubble tea. Is that really something to be so nasty over?*edit* Also, complaining about loss over remaking two drinks is pretty wild considering we've each been ordering drinks 2-4 times a month here for the past 2 years...

Staff is always very friendly and fast, I love how customizable the drinks are, and so tasty too!
