So this was my first time there. We had a great hostess who gave us the run down on what we asked about.Myb2 friends and I really enjoyed our food. The tacos were great, the truffle fries done very well. My friend really liked her ravioli and said she could eat another plate. The sushi my vegetarian friend had was good also.Now if you go on a Friday or Saturday evening say around 7:30 like we did, I recommend sitting on the covered patio. It's quieter and you can hear your conversations.The inside can be loud and is a total pick up /be scene joint. If your single and you need a new venue this is it.We just stopped in for food prior to going to 9910.Great place overall.
My kids booked a table for my husband and I to celebrate our 21st anniversary tonight, food was ok, but I didn’t like the place at all. The music was so loud, and it was too hot inside so stayed only less than an hour. I left with headache from very loud music.The service was good though, I believe the waitress’s name was “Natasia” if I’m not mistaken; she’s really friendly.The place might be attractive to some people but definitely not my style.I loved the WEM location way more, even their food is much better quality.
Absolutely Love The Cactus Club, never disappointed.
Completely forgot the prawn crunch rolls from the order, you can see that they did not cross it off from the receipt but they still sent the order to us. Extra two stars because the other food was good but my daughter was really disappointed since the main thing she wanted was the sushi. I wish they would double check the order is complete before sending it out.
Visited this spot for a date last week and was absolutely dissatisfied with the service provided by the whole entire staff working that night!I called before hand to make a reservation and was told they only do it online, I was driving and asked to speak to someone who can do it over phone, they refused. I understand and that wasn’t even a big problem.I eventually made the reservation online, upon arriving they were super busy which is understandable again given the holiday weekend.However after engaging with my server I expressed to her that I was fasting all day and I really wanted to place my order as soon as possible.She said she understood but then after bringing the drinks to my table she literally came back 15 minutes later after fully acknowledging my situation.I complained about the table to one of managers working because it was super small and it was wobbling but they said they couldn’t seat us anywhere else!I regret ordering the most expensive steaks from the menu because everything was super average and sub par.I didn’t enjoy my experience for one second and don’t think I ever visit this location of Cactus club ever again.
Let me start by saying this restaurant is fancy!!! They got a couch in the bathroom!!! Small TVs I front of each urinal!!! I bet you’ve never heard someone start a restaurant review with the washroom. That’s me. The restaurant is big, and during busy hour there is a two hour eating window for guests. The price of food was reasonable, the food tasted delicious, I loved every bite of my burger, with trendy music in the background I was grooving and dancing in my seat. My drink was pretty good too, my waitress was funny and very helpful. The only thing that threw me off was the narrow walkway, props to all the waiters and waitress who maneuver around people like Messi. Overall, a fancy restaurant with great staff and you should definitely try it out!!!
Had the private room. It was great, you can play your own music or watch the hockey game on the tv in the room. Fit our group of 16 well. Service for our room was very good as well.

The mandates have been lifted and yet the staff are still being forced to wear masks! This is terrible for customer service not only does it remind us of the last terrible years but it forces your staff to keep suffering through! I cannot enjoy my meal while being subjected to that!
Staff was excellent. Food was very good. Nice beer selections and very good cocktails. The restaurant side is quite pleasant, while the pub side and the patio are extremely loud, like a din as noise bounces around in there. I’m probably just getting old, but we had to move to the restaurant side because it was too loud to hear one another in there. Besides that, it was great.
