Amazing food to feed the soul!! Service was fast and friendly. I had been at this restaurant when they had first opened and was left with such a positive impression since the owner had personally served me and had recommended the ginseng chicken soup. It had brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of my mom’s soup. I had classes to attend recently and was pleasantly surprised that Buok was close by. The ginseng chicken soup still pulls at my heart and the bulgogi kimchi rice is so delicious!! They deserve more stars!!Thank you for your kind reply, Henry. The chef and the staff here are amazing.We got ginseng chicken broth with our meals and it was the best bone broth ever.
Ordered their Valentine's special 3-course dinner for 2 for takeout. We were stuffed after the appetizer course, this could have easily been a dinner for 4. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. With so many other tasty looking options on the menu, we'll be back soon!

Buok is a favourite in downtown Edmonton. I particularly love the Ginseng Chicken Soup but everything is delicious and freshly made. If you haven't been, go. You're in for a delicious treat!
We cannot express how much we love this place! We can order anything on the menu and know it will be amazing! The staff and owner especially goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect! Our favorite place in the city!!
Buok was a fulfilling and tasty experience! Firstly, the staff were extremely nice and personable! The kimchi was on point and the complement of the chicken broth was perfect for the cold weather. I ordered the Buok Japchae Plate, it was loaded with a delicious assortments! Definitely my new go to spot!
All the staff are very nice plus the food is really good as well. Its a good go to place when you are craving for Korean food. Service is fast as well ?
