Great service, food, and drinks. Melissa gave outstanding service. The manager Taylor was such a hard worker saw him making drinks, checking on his staff and bussing tables. He really is an asset to your team great work!!!Will definitely come back!
July 2022 My daughter and I had supper here on a Friday night, it was busy but we were able to get a table quickly. There was lots to choose on the menu and a good happy hour menu as well. Service was fast and friendly and our food was good. My only complaint would be that our starter came out only minutes before the main course. I would for sure eat here again.
Relatives recommended the area to eat, wanted somewhere for adults and a child under 12. It was busy but even though we hadn’t booked we managed to get a table. Menu was varied and we had questions about ingredients due to nut allergies which our server Courtney kindly helped us with. Really enjoyed the food and sports bar tvs.
I love this place so much, it has great ambience, the food is great and especially someone like me who is vegetarian - they offer almost every dish made in tofu or vegetables substituting the meat.The staff is great and friendly, they offer good advice when in doubt ask them.The place has nice vibe, ambience is good as well.
Was in yesterday and ordered Tuna poke bowl which, by the way, is the best in town. I have ordered this at least once a week for the past 3 years almost. Manager on duty yesterday was amazing. Helped take plates off our table which we felt a sign of great dedication to the place. She was very pleasant and very well dressed. In addition, she removed a charge off the bill as one of the orders had mistakenly something that should not have been there. Impressive and kind service
Waitress seemed disinterested in serving, food was brought out already cold. Struggle to beg refills on the non alcoholic drinks. There were errors on the bill twice, and she actually blamed us for the problem. Would return as atmosphere is great, but perhaps Father's Day was just too much for the server. Regardless the food was great and that's the biggest thing ?
This shout out is for the great Saturday night bartenders - Melissa and Tierney.I had two and a half hours to kill in Edmonton. I love Browns nachos so I found a spot at the bar, ordered and explained to Melissa that I'd be there a while and not to worry about me, but she took great care of me nonetheless.The place was busy and the Melissa / Tierney duo was fun to watch as they managed the servers' orders and the bar with ease. There was a Habs/Sens game on but it wasn't nearly as engaging as watching these women do their thing.Gracious, organized, smiling, good with their customers and their servers, keeping the place clean, fruits sliced and juiced, dishwasher filled and emptied...very impressive.If I lived nearby I would pop in often for food and a visit.And, having had the AMAZING nachos now in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton I am happy to say they are perfect in each place.
Ordered appetizers and drinks took 45 minutes for the appetizers to be served Only after my friend asked the waitress about the delay and she had no answer. Poor service place wasn’t even busy no excuse. Manager took appetizers off the bill but had to state I can’t justify removing the drinks, which is fine but why even say it. No professionalism.
Very nice place. I happened to be here on a busy Wednesday afternoon for lunch and it was very lively. The music is good, the decor is inviting, and the bathrooms are very chique and clean. The food is absolutely delicious, I got the chicken tacos and calamari, as well as the Prosecco and white whine sangria, both of which were delicious. Our server Heather was very nice and welcoming, and seemed apologetic for the wait times (to be understood, it was unexpectedly busy). We had another server who bright food that I never caught her name but she seemed very sweet. All around, the atmosphere is nice, the whole vibe is great. Will definitely return.
Joel is the most amazing server I’ve ever had. Witty, great on his feet, and very good at time management. It was my little brothers 18th birthday today and he could not have made it more special for us.
