Always good! The only thing is that the restaurant is small and it always full of people and lineups. Also seems like every browns is a small street mall so parking is a huge issue! You gotta get there as soon as they open to assure your spot or an hour before closing. Nachos and sushi are bit dry but everything else is good ? ?
Great place for brunch! I miss the breakfast burrito but everything is delicious. Also the service was wonderful, very helpful and kind.
Hands down the best service I have had at Browns yet! Group of us went in for lunch today and we were well taken care of. For how busy our server was, I believe her name was Becky, she didn’t miss a beat. Drinks were refilled, food served hot. She was prompt and any questions we had she was able to help guide us through the menu. Food was outstanding. Definitely will be back!
We were in tonight for the hockey game, and despite it being super busy our server Courtney made sure we were taken care of. Great drink and food recommendations and the rest of the staff was extra friendly as well. It looked like there was only a few servers on the floor and we were impressed by how efficient they all seemed to be. although I wish we could have gotten the late night happy hour we will definitely be coming back for another game (go oilers) !
I ordered fully loaded nachos as the name says nachos were not loaded at all. There was barely any cheese or veggies on the top i asked the server if she could give us another plate because there is hardly any toppings on it. Then the manager came and said food is all pre portioned so you have to pay extra $4 to get more toppings so i ended up paying extra to get toppings which I shouldn't be paying because it already costs $23-25 to get a plate. Been to so many places and ordered nachos but they never asked for extra money. This place is not even worth spending money. The waitresses are little bit rude too.
Hands down the best experience at this restaurant! My host and server were spectacular and super friendly. So thankful to the manager who helped me get the reservation after having a hard time booking one!! It was my 18th and the atmosphere had the greatest energy. Will definitely come again.
We ordered lettuce wraps, fish tacos, blackened chicken Caesar salad, southwestern rice bowl, cauliflower bites and ahi tuna salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Despite the busy dining room the service was able to keep up with drinks and orders. Great menu, comfortable seating and good service. Will be back.
We frequent here quite often but this afternoon we went and it made us second guess why we come here. The food was fine not complaining about that but the service was horrible and maybe they were short staffed today but if that was even mentioned that would have made it understandable. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and actually could see them sitting on the bar my husband finally went up to get them himself while the manager was standing there visiting with other staff he was told they would be brought over by the bartender which they finally were by the manager but nothing was said it was just brushed off. The service is usually not bad like this maybe it was just a bad experience with this waitress who we never seen before so maybe she was new but still. My husband also had to go up and and ask for side plates while 2 staffs stood by the kitchen chatting … not sure if we’d go back there might be worth to drive to Windermere or Sherwood park I guess. However big shout out to the bartender because he’s been there a long time and he is awesome but unfortunately the rest of the service there is going down hill.
By far the best Browns Socialhouse so much better then Sherwood Park. I have been there a few times and went there today for my favorite ceaser salad and blackened chicken with fettuccine so delicious! Server was amazing and the fellow at the door too. Thank you ?
