Went to browns for some dinner and was helped by Aiden, who went above and beyond to make our experience great. The food took a while to be served but the wait was worth it, highly recommend the Oreo jar!
I love this place entirely. The food is fantastic and the decor is my favorite of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Love the skull theme.I had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. I usually have the #28 Dragon bowl (which i love), but this time I decided to try the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. My nephew and his gf had the other meals and said it was yummy. The service was great, every time our drinks got low, the server came and brought us a new one promptly. Will definitely go back to this location and recommend you check it out.
We ate here today for the first and last time. I'm not sure there is enough space to tell you everything about a horrible dining experience.The service was terrible, Ashley was very slow coming to even ask us what we wanted. She talked so fast you couldn't even hear what she said. She never came back to see if we were doing ok. Another waitress came and removed out appetizer plates and took away the cutlery from 2 of the guests.The food came, except for a hamburger all the other 3 meals were barely warm.Two people had no silverware so when a waiter brought it he carried it in his bare hands, no napkin just his bare hands holding the cutlery. How sanitary is that.One meal was sent back and then the guest just said to forget it and did not order another meal as he did not want to wait for a new meal when 3 others were eating.There was no apology given !!I left no tip as eating out to me means getting served and enjoying a nice meal. We did not receive either of these.I will be sure to let everyone we know how horrible our meal and service was.
This is our second time coming to this location, we came into the restaurant and initially saw the manager and many waitresses standing around the bar with there backs to us. This was around 3:30pm with only 2 tables full in the whole restaurant. We were seated by the hostess who dropped the menus off and walked away. We waited for at least 10min to at least get waters and drinks going. We watched the bar as the manager and all staff on the floor were laughing and seemed to be “catching up”. Very unprofessional. We waited a bit longer and then had to walk out as we didn’t even get a water or a “hello” at the table. I have worked in this industry and was amazed at even the manager not batting a eye as we walked out. We went to a different restaurant that gave us night and day service. Not only as a customer did we not feel welcome but sure seemed like this location didn’t care about there sales. Worst experience we ever had, only gave it a 1 star to write this review.
One of my go to take out spots. Food is always above industry standard. The pick up estimated times are as accurate as they can be and the food is still warm when I arrive back at home. I've been eatting here for a while now and the quality has not changed. Staff is friendly and helpful. We'll done. Thank you
Nice atmosphere, clean and orderly. Service on the other hand was really, really slow. Our server was really friendly and knowledgeable. Little things like waiting forever for a beverage, then having no clean glasses on top of it. She brought out the tea and coffee with no spoon or cups. Food was really tasty and I would come back, but service needs to be stepped up a whole bunch.
Came there for Mother's Day. Meals were awesome.Atmosphere was on point. Only thing was waited 1/2 hour just to get drinks and take order. Service was just a bit slow. 3/4 full so wasn't crazy busy but the wait in between things were long maybe just a off day. Food though everything from starters to meals for all of us at table were great not a crumb of food left on plate. Will return especially for the loaded nachos!!!!
Great service both from our waitress and the manager on duty at the time. I liked that they had a small version of the nachos. The food was pretty good but the prices were a bit steep. 4/5 due to the prices, otherwise would have been 5/5
Love the comfortable atmosphere of this place! Enjoyed a Bellini and a Dragon bowl. So delish!! Service was great!! Definitely one of my favorite places to go with friends!
The restaurant was nice and clean, and the ambience was really pleasant as well! Our server was exceptional, I believe their name was Jayden, and they really made our experience stand out. When they were helping us, it felt like we were being helped by a friend! The food was well cooked with a short wait time as well. It was a little pricey, the sandwich in the photo was $21, but really good quality! Only not 5 stars because of the prices.
