I have no idea how this place had great reviews. We ordered the Lemon Grass Beef Vermicelli. It arrive timely, but once we dug in we found that there was barely any beef, slim portion of noodles that were over cooked, and you couldn't even recognize what we got as beef, and it was a sopping slimy mess. We love Vermicelli noodle bowls and this was beyond a disappointment. We didn't finish our meals and I just wasted $50 of my money. The second star only reflects the food came hot and delivered fast.

I order delivery from you guysAt first everything was great but last couple times hasn't been that good very unconsistent and the broth for the soup is barely enough to cover the noodles the container is always about half full minus what's in the bottom of the bag. The first couple times is what made me give you guys a couple more chances.

I go to Brookly Tomato with co-workers on a regular basis. It's good food and good service most the times. But today for the first time I had a terrible experience. The reason it upset me is that I have never felt so unvalued as a customer. We haven't gone out too often in the past two years because of COVID. So for my sister's birthday today, 7 of us from 4 different households met for a ladies' birthday celebration. My 10-year-old niece made her aunt a birthday cake and she was so proud of it. I asked the server if we could cut it at the end of our meal. He said he would inquire and let us know. He was the only server on a Sunday afternoon so the service wasn't the best, but with recovery from COVID times, I try to be understanding. So at the end of the meal, I reminded him that we would like to cut the cake for my sister. He informed me that we could celebrate and cut it but we couldn't eat it in the restaurant. I have experienced that some restaurants will let you bring a cake and some not due to their no outside food policy. But the way he explained it, it made no sense. So I asked if we could then have to-go containers so once we cut it, everyone could take it home, as we have no where else to go. He came back with to-go containers and wanted to charge us for them. That just blew me away and I said no thanks and just sent the cake home with my sister to enjoy with her husband instead of celebrating with us. As I was paying, I explained to the server I come often to the restaurant, and it's one thing to not cut your own cake, but it's another to go to the level of charging a regular customer for to-go containers. He said the manager who I see every lunch hour is the one that told him to do that as there were no left-overs to take home. So I said I would love to talk to and see his manager. The server came back out and said anything I had to say I could say to him and the manager would not be able to come out. I said please let your manager know, when a customer request to talk to him it's terrible customer service to say no and not come out. I won't be coming back, they have lost my business and I would be sharing today's experience in a review. He just looked at me blankly. I still left him a 15% tip, as the rest of the experience was fair. But knowing how little they value me, I will never recommend this place.

my favorite such a flavorful delight

So delicious! When I am craving Vietnamese, I don’t even think twice about where to order from. Beef satay soup is so good!!

Never dissapointed when I dine at this excellent restaurant several times a year and they are one of the best Vietnamese spots in Edmonton. Food is always prepared with fresh ingredients and the service and friendliness of the staff is awesome.Don't pass up a chance to eat at this great place or you'll never know what your missing.

Really good food, tastes fresh and full of flavor. My only issue is I don't particularly love really crunchy green onion cakes and when you order rice to go it's a very small portion but otherwise it's amazing. 4.5 stars!

The name is sooooo strange for the restaurant so it threw me off not knowing what it was! Great Vietnamese food, very quiet dinning area but non stop take out business it would seem. Food was authentic and leaves you more to take home then you can eat in 3 meals!

First time out for Vietnamese food in a long time. A friend invited us. Never knew this place existed. Glad we went. Nice decor (apparently just renovated). Service was very pleasant with server "Nat" who was only 2 weeks on the job. There are lots of choices as usual. Friend had a combo soup bowl, which was way too much for one person. I had grilled pork chop (2) with fried eggs, rice, shredded lettuce and carrots, cucumbers. It was very good. My wife had similar except with chicken. We also had very delicious salad rolls with beef.It is very difficult to find tucked in along side of Calgary Trail south. It was enjoyable and we will be back.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for probably 6 years or more, it’s always one of my favorite place for pho, I haven’t been there since the pandemic happened, and just recently started to go there again , the food are still the best! And staff still friendly! Love it!
