We sat in the bar, service was fine. Ordered the royal and cactus fries. The pizza was very bland/cold. The fries were soggy as well, no real crunch. Seems like they just threw in the fryer in one lump. Tbh. I don’t know how BP stays in business. The food is not restaurant quality.
Yummy onion soup & thai chicken wrap. We got them with cactus cut potatoes and had leftovers to take home. Great staff- our server last night was very nice.
Worst experience for delivering serviceCalled placed an order and then was told be about 50 mins.WARNING MAKE SURE CLEAR COMMUNICATIONWait an hour 15mins call and inquire the progress on my order and get told they have no delivery guy and tell me they were under the impression it was a take out.So why was i asked my name and address ?And if it were ordered as take out then how come i wasnt called to pick it up

Worst customer service i have ever seen and the food was just a waste of money not worth, they don't care about their customer, table wasn't cleaned and no utensils were given, plates were dirty!!! Not recommended at all.
I prefer this location to visit again for few things. The servers were really welcoming. Well who doesn't like to be welcomed and make you feel inclusive :)The food we ordered was amazing. Enough warm. Pizza, spinach and artichoke and the sangria (this was splendid)
went to bp’s with a friend, his QR code would not scan and after further investigation they could clearly see it was an issue with the scanner and not the QR code. They allowed us to sit down. once seated they asked for our QR codes after the run around we just had with the QR code originally not working. We were refused service and once asking for a manager, an associate by the name of Lindsey advised she was the manager and that there was nothing she could do, we asked for a higher up and told us to call back tomorrow and asked for her general manager. She was VERY rude and her tone was very disrespectful. not sure why we were allowed in after getting our QR codes validated & then asked AGAIN for the vaccination proof and then denied service. absolute GARBAGE. terrible customer service & i will NEVER return to this location.

Wow all I have to say is wow Boston Pizza was so accommodating for our event very organized friendly staff and good food. The wait staff were awesome I would recommend Boston Pizza for your small event. Thank you
