Very bad experience, gluten free crust is a no go, SUPER dry comparing to other places to me it sound as if they half cooked/press it and that was not good.Quality of ingredients is not the best and their portions are very little when I complained about how little the grilled chicken was they told me you can ask for more while ordering well,For me am not going there again for a $22 pizza!!!
After them making pizzas for us, we were un able to pay for them as we don’t carry cards with us anymore. Everything is over phone these days you would think a busy restaurant franchise like this would have TAP for pay. Wow. Un believable
I wish I could give these guys 5 stars, as the pizza is quite tasty! I just feel like they skimp out on the cheese and pepperoni everytime, even tho I always ask for double pepperoni. I don't mind paying extra... I don't understand why they don't do it! Seems silly.
I was helped by the black guy with the glasses and his service was amazing! He helped me and was not fussy about my complicated order. The food after was great no doubt touched by his passion. Thank you for the amazing meal.
Probably the worst pizza experience you could ask for. If your looking to waste your money, time, and partially kill your taste buds all in one spot. Pop down to Blaze pizza where they will serve you a mess they call a pizza that isn’t cooked.
We ordered from here for the first time. Won’t be going back.I ordered on line with a specific time to pick up. I did arrive 5 minutes early. Which would expect the pizza to be hot and fresh.The worker couldn’t find my order at first. Then he started to box a pizza that was sitting on the counter.The sticker said 20 minutes earlier than my pick up time. Crust was burnt black and colder than would expect for only a few minutes to home.On a positive note, the worker was polite and friendly earning the 2 ⭐️ review.
Been here many times however today Mano or manu (unsure of spelling) was really awesome. Her spirit was high and outgoing. Very nice talking with her and genuinely made me in a happier mood. She really made my experience better than other times. Keep up being friendly and kind!
Yesterday I went in there for my first time, I wasn’t aware of the way to order pizza here as it’s different from other pizza places. Their employee (a short girl, with glasses) has no respect for customers. She treated me so bad. Please don’t let her work at front. I told her this is my first time I am here and I don’t know you have different way of placing order, so please give a minute to think, she was so rude with me. This is was my first and last time. I know it’s won’t matter if you lose one customer but I just wanted to write my heart out here.
Love this location. They know how to build the pizza. The north end location just isn’t the same. Something is lacking.I love how I can get a pizza that’s low calorie to satisfy my cravings! Also love curbside pick up.
Blaze pizza is one my favourite places to go! However, the experience I had at this location was horrible. To start off, it was very slow service, which I understand but then I had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza… other people behind us were given their pizza before us, and then the dude who packages the pizza GAVE MINE AWAY. He was trying to give me cheesy bread (which I didn’t order). They were going to make another pizza for me but I didn’t wanna wait another 10/15/ or who knows minutes.I suggest watching out for your pizza if you go here. I don’t believe I will return again.
