Came here after rave reviews from others. I was alright. The owner is really nice. At the time we went, the kitchen looked overstaffed, but we still waited quite a long time to receive our food. The calzones were good, nothing special though.

The best Calazone in Edmonton! Prices are fair for the size and portions. The dough is cooked perfectly and the stuffing is delicious. Lots of good choices as well.

Truly special. Our family came for a quick bite, and we are all very happy.Service: Warm and friendly staff. Employees seemed at-ease and relaxed around the owner, which is a very good sign. Owner was very gracious, and took time to explain his product.Crust: the calzone crust is perfect blend of crusty, chewy, and is well-seasoned. It's baked with attention and love.Fillings: I tried the Aloha and Spicy Italian, and both hit the right notes: smokey BBQ sauce and fresh ham paired with pineapple. It's a comforting but elevated take on a classic. The sausage used in the Spicy Italian is billed as local, and the proof was in the tasting: fresh and savoury. I liked the spice blend in it too, and the ratio of peppers. The owner very kindly made us a dessert Calzone, with Nutella filling and a dessert-ish dough (almost like a crepe!) for my family to share. It was a splendid gesture, and rest assured, we are all coming back!Minor criticism: No pop. It seems like pure profit for the owner to have a few boxes of popular pops on-hand, and sell them for $2/can to a thirsty public. But it's not a deal-breaker, and certainly not enough to make this a 4/5 -- this place is way too close to perfect for that.Support 118 ave. The best eats in the city.

Bautista, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming. His staff are friendly & helpful although not very attentive as it is mostly "take away". The calzones are top notch! On par with what I remember from NYC "Little Italy". Rated #45 in Yelp's 100 Across CanadaI would suggest adding some chilled beverages: pop, San Pelligrino, Capri Limoncello, an Italian frizzanteEveryone enjoyed lunch - we will visit again soon!

The calzones are absolutely delicious, as well as their desserts. Service is amazing, spent an extra 15 minutes in the building talking to the friendly owner and his friends. Definitely recommend!!

Best Calzone in the city!!Great costumer service and a wonderful owner.I’ve recommended a ton of my friends and I’ve Been a costumer for years and will continue to come back!!

Delicious food and friendly staff. I love that you're able to take home frozen calzones for dinner at home as well!!! Definitely recommend ?

Awesome calzones made to family recipes. The owner is also an amazingly nice guy who will always remember your name and all of your past conversations. It's a pleasure to support such a great local business.

Locally sourced ingredients and quality made sauces. I split one with my spouse and they cut it for us and wrapped them in meat wrap with their delicious sauce taped on top in a small container, it looked so nice. Just or first time there but we will be back for sure.

Tried it for the first time on the weekend and it was so delicious. The kids had the dessert calzone and loved it. The staff was super friendly and the place was very inviting. I would highly recommend.
