Normally I don’t write comment and I always goes to this location. But from my last 4 visit I am very disappointed. Last 3 visit I left without ordering after waiting 15mins in line but today wasn’t too busy and I ordered I am not happy, got regular burrito but she put very small ingredient and paid for regular burrito price but got small .Other thing you need to teach your 2 evening young girl ( don’t know their name ) customer services skills. Both has no customer service skills and last time. I went their one was making other customer order and 2nd was cleaning veggie area over that person food, that was so bad , I felt bad for that person and I left without ordering.I an pretty sure you are losing customers because of those 2 employee.I was your regular customer and I never had problem but since you have different evening staff and I am very disappointed

When the owners managed this place, it ran so smoothly and everything was top notch!We came in a couple days ago, ordered 4 sets of tacos..not too hard. So the female that was working did our order. After doing 3 of the 4 taco orders, she went to go ask us how we're paying and we said oh we have 1 more order of tacos. The 4th. She was like " it's actually time for my break now so I'll get the other employee to help you ".She literally did not finish our order and immediately left us to take her break ?. As the other gentleman was helping our last taco order, the same female employee came and started making her OWN burrito. She was making her own dinner while the other employee finished the order she had started. It was super unprofessional and we were so embarrassed. Feels like customers aren't that important which kind of sucks. 5 stars when the 2 other gentleman use to be in, but lately it's meh due to the new staff. I mean..imagine going to a restaurant and the employee has to leave mid serving because they need to go on break and make dinner right in front of you. Definitely lacked some professionalism and manners forsure.Food, however is good. 3 Stars due to the last couple experience we had. Sucks because this place is so close to home but lately the staff working make it pretty unwelcoming

Ordered 3 tacos and they were not even half full, more like 1/4 full. you dont get what you paid for in this location. I have been in many barburritos before, usually toppings and meat just fall out of tacos but here you get not even half full tacos. Very disappointed.Edit; after reading many older reviews on portions being too small, there are some reviews months to years old but the owner clearly does not care about the complaints even after replying to most of these reviews.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Edit: Talked with the ownership group and they rectified the situation. very happy with the result. review adjusted accordingly.Of all the barburrito in the city. This place is the only one that offer a "regular" and "large" burrito bowl.. yet only have one price listed. It's important to note, every location that offers one size offers the large as their option. This option is $10.29 at all other locations. For the regular or their "large" they charge an extra $2. Pretty sure they're up to some nefarious business tactics. Save your money, and go to literally any other location and get more bang for your buck. I'll be make a report to BBB as well.

Ordered a regular burrito, PORTION SIZE was so small that it felt like eating a single Taco.Guess what ! You will lose Customers.Raise prices if you want to, but at least don’t make your customers feel betrayed.

I am beyond disappointed… I hardly ever write bad reviews but this visit was unacceptable.We ordered on Sunday for pick up through their website at 1:55pm and it said ready by 2:10pm. No problem. My husband, two kids and I sat in the car and waited until then. I go in at 2:10 and the place is pretty busy but everyone looks miserable. I ask if my order is ready and she said no we will call you. I was confused so I went back to the car and told my family. We waited another 15 minutes or so and my husband went inside. The two women there were so flustered and looked back at the “tickets” and said to each other wow we are so behind… instead or tackling the older orders they proceeded to help walk ins. At one point they told my husband “we just need 4 minutes and your food will be ready” another 10+ minutes go by and he was finally given his food. Our ticket came through at 1:55pm (as stated on receipt) and we got our food at 2:40pm. This is just completely unacceptable and I wish we didn’t order online and prepaid otherwise I would have left much sooner. I did notice other people shaking their heads and some even left without food.To make matters worse for our experience, the food was made incorrectly and portion was extremely small.Absolutely do NOT recommend this place, because although the food is ok, the service was a complete nightmare and meals were missing items/lacking quantity.

Negative experience on multiple occasions.The food preparation varies by employee to a huge extent. They also do not use portion control scoops which makes the food highly inconsistent.Ordered through a food delivery service and the quesadilla was a dump of ingredients in a box.Ordered a quesadilla today with extra cheese and to my surprise it did not even have the amount of cheese as compared to a regular serving. Regardless of the meal preparation, they surely charged for the request for extra cheese even though the quesadilla was sub standard. Most of the times around closing time, there is only one employee working at the location and they start rushing as they see a lineup of customers which resulting in them forgetting my quesadilla on the grill for a longer last time I was there. When I got home the quesadilla was burnt from the bottom.

Good Quality food. Even better customer service. Was there 10min before closing, the girl still greeted nicely plus gave proper attention to all the customer without rushing everything. Store was clean and well organized as well.

Very Bad experience with food. I ordered fried crunchy chicken burrito online and when I taste chicken inside it taste really bad bitter and seems like really bad oil they are using to fry foods. I hope manager address this issue.People go to eat healthy at Barburrito but they are playing with people health using bad oil again again.Avoid fried food at this location.

We had ordered two bowls from Skip the dishes and we only got one. So, I called the location to see if they can fix the issue. Instead, I was hit with a monotone sorry and was told to come pick my order.When we arrived, there was no greeting regardless if I was a new customer or picking up my missing order. The placed was quiet.There’s a huge difference between feeling “extremely sorry” than saying sorry. She was rude, kept arguing, rolled her eyes, and kept saying this has never happened before; guess what? It never happened before for us either. It doesn’t even matter if we had to pick it up but at least be sincerely sorry about the situation. She just made it worse by saying “that’s why I’m saying we are extremely sorry” with rude gestures.I would rather give this situation a rating of zero.
