A friend recommended going to Azucar for drinks and a meal .. let me tell you that it did not disappoint!!!Amazing food, atmosphere and staff !!Will be back again and again .. Gracias ❤️
The beef tacos were really not that special and too salty. They got to us cold
Absolutely the worst experience. We booked 2 weeks in advance for a group of almost 20 for my husbands 40th bday dinner on Wednesday night when my guests started to show up 10 mins early there was a sign they were closed for maintenance. They didn’t call or contact me in any way we were left with a large group scrambling for arrangements. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour!
We had placed a reservation 2 weeks ago for 20 people for a birthday party last night. When the first person arrived they saw a note on the door that they were closed due to kitchen maintenance. They wouldn’t even answer their phone. We frantically had to scramble to find another place for us to gather. A phone call would have been nice. We won’t be back!
Azucar has honestly the best Latin food in town, great menu with tons of options. It’s nice having the staff communicate in both Spanish an English so almost everyone can go eat there! Great weekend even such as local performances and Latin Saturdays with crazy good Dj’s. I give azucar 5 stars for overall performance and hospitality and don’t forget the taste bud satisfying menu.
The vibe here is super nice. Food was great and the service was excellent. Our server Justice went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend!

Great staff, very nice aesthetic and delicious food. An excellent place for family dinner, business meetings or going out with friends on the weekend. Thanks for the awesome service!
Best Latino restaurant/night club in the city hands down. I recommend you to purchase the LOMO SALTALDO dish, it is like a Peruvian Poutine that is spicy ouuuuuuu, Can't get enough of this place. Don't sleep on their taco specials as well.Great place to eat!
Best tacos in town ? the vibe is great, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is lovely! One of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton. Highly recommend!
