The location is close to downtown. I and my wife ordered croissant and cappuccino. The croissant was the most delicious one I have ever had. The owner I guess if I am not mistaken was himself the one who serves the customers. He has a very pleasant personality.
Highly recommend!! Ordered this beautiful fruit tart for my birthday over the phone with Arno and he was so friendly and had it ready for the following day with no problem. It was absolutely delicious, the best fruit tart I’ve ever had. The fruit was fresh, the cream was so fresh and tasty and the crust was soft yet crispy. We also tried their croissants and coffee at the cafe and everything was so so so good!! Can’t wait to come back.
Amazing hot chocolate, not too sweet and creamy. I come here almost every weekend. Once ordered the best cake I've ever had in my life (bit expensive but worth it).Sometimes it gets busy, but please give the owner some time. That's the price of having a truly locally owned and run business.
Just stopped in today and bought a chocolate croissant and macaroon. Very delicious. Also the place is very cute and cozy with a french theme.
Arrived later in the afternoon so many items sold out. Was about 2pm....pastry was very tasty. Didn't give 5 stars because not enough choices left that obviously was my fault for arriving later.
The Chou A La Crème was delicious! Definitely a very cute shop with lots of great desserts! The owner was very friendly and it’s a great, little shop in Oliver.

Best French Pastry since being in France. The croissants are huge, flaky and buttery, and when warmed up, the chocolate ones are melt in your mouth delicious.
This was my first time here and I have to say it was the best almond croissant I've ever had! Cappuccino is delicious as well! Also the man who served us (owner perhaps?) Was so nice! Definitely going back!
