Yummmmmm fresh pita bread & fresh good chunks of tomatoes ? I can tell that they’re fresh they’re juicy and perfect crisp, I hate when tomatoes are soggy or diced these tomatoes were perfect. I accidentally took the wrong order and the guy said wait and took it upon himself to deliver it back to my car apologizing for something that was my fault the staff are very nice & go above and beyond and so does the doner I loveddd it
This local business will have me coming back everytime and it's not because their pizza was frigg'n amazing.So I'm in Edmonton over the weekend from fort mcmurray for school and I have a crazy urge for pizza. Google maps provides me with some chain options but then I see this place I've never heard of and the people of Google reviews say this place won't do you wrong, and it sounds like a ma' and pa' business so that seals the deal.First off the smell of that delicious Donair meat hits your face like the most delicious meat perfrum- and I'm a vegan, soooo (sorry plant Gods!!!) so anyhow, as I'm waiting for my order at 7pm on Saturday, people are milling in and out (perfection takes time y'all, I'll wait for that pizza!!) and as I watch a young fellow who looked down on his luck walk in, I see the two men behind that counter give eachother a nod and hand this fellow a meal on the house.Bless your hearts, lll a regular visitor when I'm down south.Ps, everyone who walked in ordered a donaire!!! #plantgodsimsorry
I stopped here with a friend for a quick meal - I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend their location to others! I had their regular donair and the quality and flavor was great with every bite. The meat was not dry and ingredient proportions were spot on! The donair is also huge for the price.The guys running Amean were friendly and even greeted other customers by name - showing their quality is consistent to bring in regular customers. I'm looking forward to going back!
Amazing taste and quality. The food always seems so fresh. They go out of their way to serve the customer. Once I ordered a beef wrap by accident though I wanted a chicken wrap. The owners just made a new one for me without hesitation and no extra cost. I really felt sorry but they made me feel special. Great customer service.
I ordered a cheese Donair and my boyfriend ordered a super Donair. They were both tasty and the meat has excellent spice and flavour. You get great value for the price too. The one thing that I didn't like was that the pita doesn't wrap all the way around so the fixings kept falling out as we were eating. Otherwise, a really great meal!
I haven’t been in Amean’s since COVID shut the world down, but I just found out they’re on Skip the Dishes and am excited to dig in to their delicious donair! Their French fries ain’t to bad either! They’ve always had fast, friendly staff - what more could you ask for in customer service?! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a donair in Edmonton!
I ordered 2 roast beef subs and 1 chicken fingers from this place. One sub added extra sweet sauce and paid for it which was not in the sub, and there was hair in this sub, the chicken fingers were solid rock. I did call this place spoke with a guy and did tell him what was wrong with the order, he passed the phone to another guy which again I explained and I was talking so nicely to him and did say I do not want any refund or any food I am just letting you know so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. This guy got so defensive and started saying ( I have open this place for 15years and NEVER had a complaint like this. He was very rude person and then I did raise my voice and said don’t worry I will never order from this place. Thank u and I put the phone down. People like this do ruin business for others which makes us think should we order from outside when so tired coming from work.
The best place to eat Donair hands down.Taste is great. In my opinion the best In Edmonton . Friendly staff. Exceptional service .
I used to really like their donairs. The last two times I went there I asked if they could not cut the meat too smal and not make it too crispy. Of course I ended up with the meat cut up in the tiniest crispiest pieces. I now make my own donairs at home.
The double mushroom burger is one of the best things I've eaten in my life! Highly recommended and especially if you like mushroom burgers. Also, this one burger could be lunch and dinner because it's massive!
