Ordered a Jumbo donair and mushrooms tonight, looked thru the reviews, and saw most were just garbage people complaining for no reason. Anyway, it came in hot, and absolutely blew my mind, the donair was DELICIOUS, great ratio of meat to veggies, perfect amount of sauce! (i got the garlic dill) The mushrooms were cooked and seasoned absolutely perfect!!! don't believe the bad reviews guys. this place is stellar!!!
We ordered at 9pm our hotel (West Edmonton Mall Inn) had flyers under all the doors for this place, so we thought we would try it. Simple order wings, potato skins and a pizza 1/2 bacon 1/2 ham and pineapple.They phoned back saying it would be a 45mins to a hour. Our order was 20 mins late, cold, wrong AND their debit machine wouldn't work! Had to etransfer cause who has cash anymore??When we called to complain, they said they would get another one out in an hour. Our kids are 5 & 10 they won't be awake, they wouldn't refund anything just said they would send a pizza tomorrow call then and hung up.Called and placed the order next day, phone back to say "be paitent" it will be out soon. Husband called back 1.5 hours later and they said they didn't have any orders out this way so as soon as they have MORE ORDERS they would make us a fresh pizza and send it. Really do if not one in this area orders anything we won't get anything. Them the guy said well one kid has pizza last night tonight the other kid can have pizza.It has been a week and they still have not refunded the amount they said they would.
Unbelievable. I called these guys around midnight because nobody else was open for delivery and asked them to send me 2 of their biggest donairs. I am not even kidding they sent me 2 donairs each the size of a NFL footballs loaded! We seriously thought it was a joke lol This place is awesome and I will be back again... Props to the chef! Finally someone makes a donair like a boss!
I really enjoy the food from All Hours Pizza & Donair, for it is delicious and reminds me of a menu of 80's food, BUT the downside of All Hours Pizza & Donair is that they will NOT deliver to the Heritage/Rutherford on the SW side of Edmonton. I am very disappointed!To the owner, perhaps you could update your website from offering CITY WIDE free delivery for orders over $20 and indicate the areas of Edmonton that you do deliver to.
I've gotten food at this restaurant on and off over the years mostly for late night snacking as most do. And the quality of the food does dip from time to time, as it's a late night Establishment that isn't a huge issue to me but what really bothers me is this store understands what they do and who they are selling it to but have literally zero professionalism or seemingly any manners at all. Phone calls are answered in the dead monotone any time you call for a late order or even improperly prepared food you will be met with irate comments, interruptions and fowl langue. They will tell you your foods on the way when it hasn't even left. So food good (mostly) the customer service absolutely terrible
had a great time ordering from this establishment and the delivery guy was extremely hardworking and great, had two pepperoni pizzas with wings and that was overall delicious and would order again when I'm in the city again thanks for being an awesome Pizza & Donair spot 10/10

Good donair. I only order here for my father. Best to eat their donair open face style. Lots of meat, onions and tomato. They're a bit heavy on sauce so ask for easy sauce. Call to order and ask for both sauces. You get better service and food if you order directly instead of using Skip, etc.
I have ordered 4 times from these guys and the value is unbelievable considering the incredible food. The Donairs are top 3 in the city and pizza is great. So much better than the big chains
