Great service and havent had a missed item at the drive through in a whole year ..so that's an improvement!

Food was cold and put together with zero effort, only to be more disappointed once I got to my Apple turn-over and had to spit it out due to discussing burnt flavour only to realize it is black on the inside, definitely will not be coming back to this location.
This is our go to location when we are in the area due to the always friendly service and how fresh and hot the food is. We had our usual treat of single/double teen burgers with fries and onion rings . The onion rings were so fresh they seemed to crunch and then melt in your mouth as you made the usual mmm-good and this-is-way-too-hot-but-I-can't-stop-eating noises.Standard layout and decent parking being right in Mayfield Common and easy to get to being just off 170 St and Stony Plain Road.
when asked how i would like my eggs i asked for poached was told they don’t do poached so i asked for scrambled for fried and food at 10 am breakfast menu was served cold .. order was all special canadian breakfast two egg and sausage and one sausage .. order was drive though
This location has been around for a while. They have the new coffee bar and are open 24hrs. Staff changes is the reason for my star count. They used to have more friendly staff that no longer with their.
I love the chubby chicken strips and Mozza Burger. Going to this location was enough to make me choose McDonald’s or anywhere else over A&W late night in the future. The chicken was obviously redropped into the fryer by how rubber the chicken was and how burnt the outside tasted, cheese wasn’t melted on the burger and the patty was cold. I’m not sure if it’s sheer laziness from the girl that took the order and waited almost ten min to even acknowledge me at the window after taking my order, or lack of training and care about how food comes from that location. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately ruined two of my favourite things to get after a late night shift.
Be aware, they do not put salt or anything on their fries. Very tasteless. They said they have too many complaints about the salt. I beg to differ.
Great breakfast, had the all Canadian. Good food. Toast could have used a little longer in they toast but otherwise good.
I enjoy A&W, and this location has been okay for the most part, until today.As always the service was fine, they missed the three hash browns I tried to order but we weren't charged so that's fine. They were busy and possibly short staffed so it was adequate.But the quality of the food was just..poor.The sandwiches would have been fine except one of them had egg shells...or what I assume was egg shells. I don't know what else could have been small and crunchy like that.And the wrap I got for myself can only be called false advertising. It was three quarters tiny tortilla, nothing like what they advertise. While I don't expect what I see in a photo, I do expect an actual wrap when I order a wrap. This wouldn't even be considered a snack wrap from somewhere else.I'm just overall really disappointed in the quality of the food, and A&W is my go to fast food. Or was, it's just not worth it these days.Pictures included show the inside of the wrap, which I assume had a third of a slice of cheddar and 1 piece of bacon cut in half, with maybe a full small egg or half a large one...couldn't tell. Also I wear a small women's glove, for size reference.
