I visited at this location today near about 5:15 pm. I ordered one order of onion rings just. I just wait for one minute and after they give me my order. After taking my order when I open the bag then I see all onion rings are too old and too oily. Also, the onion rings were too small in quantity in bag. They didn’t give me the fresh onion rings.The onion ring are in the half of bag.I will never go to this location. Very very bad experience here.
Tell ne I have to wait 10 min to order wouldn't even give a free fries for the wait. Cheap losers can't even keep a drive thru functioning. It's always the people from a certain country too. Cheap people!
Superb service! They messed up my order through the drive-through, when I got home I called them don't let them know. The gentleman on the phone was super sympathetic and already knew what my issue was.Offered to compensate their error, upon my return the next day the same gentleman was working. Once again in person he was truly sympathetic for the error that had occurred. My problem was fully rectified and I am 100% a happy customer! Totally professional in the way of business should be done.
This place is hit and miss. It seems like everything is thrown together and often undercooked (fries and onion rings, the meat is always cooked properly). If you’re looking for A & W maybe try one of the others close by.
I would put 5 stars but they parked my order and my fries were soggy like they've been sitting there for a while. Orders were correct, although I do expect some sort of replacement for those fries.
The staff prioritize the drive thru before their own customers and when the woman behind the counter finally gave food to the inside customers she gave two large bags to someone who ordered after us prompting me to ask where is my food... she pulled out a tray and put the four burgers on it then filled a bag and handed it out the drive thru window before grabbing a second tray and putting two small fries on it, she then slowly went to give me my food . Burgers were decent but would have been much better had they been warm
Been coming here for over 10 years, new ownership but still excellent quality, food is ALWAYS served fresh (although the wait can be long sometimes) 4 stars cause the service I get is always inconstant but the food is always served fresh
I found a HAIR In My Burger Patty. After looking online for a phone number(not successful) I drove back to the store...of course I had to go through drive through but they are open 24hrs told the guy at the window I found a Hair in my burger he didn't know what to do. I asked for a manager with a phone number I could call he said no there isn't one so then a big guy comes out of the back wanting to know what's goin on then there was 3 guys. A different guy comes to the window said he would make me another one..I said I don't want another one I want my money back he said he couldn't do that again I ask for a manager's name he told me Sherry she is in at 8am. Needless to say Iam going back in the morning we will see what happens (I do have pics of the hair found)
I have been coming to this a and w for last year and half and all would like to say about this location is best in every areas. The staff is very polite and they go beyond the point to serve you better. Love going here and will keep on going here. Thank you guys!!
This is our neighborhood breakfast stop and we have been coming here for many years. Great food and fast service. I'm not too crazy about the new people who have taken it over, though. The staff who have been at this location for a long time are excellent, but the new additions are less than friendly. No smiles, eye contact, just the bare minimum talking.
