One of the worst management ever i have seen this morning , the manager on duty or the owner of the business , this person is treating all the employees like nothing , we were almost seven people waiting at the same time and this manager on duty or the owner of the business did not stop yelling at the two girls were working there , if you are going to treat your staff like that , how they are going to do a great customer service . Felt so bad for the girls . Please speak up when you guys have these kinds of issues. This person is even ruining the A & W reputation. Please grow up and start behaving nicely to your staff as everyone has feelings .
Just went for my lunch and got a chicken sandwich. It was so disgusting. The chicken was cold and there was rarely sauce on my sandwich. Wont go back there again and would not recommend to anyone.
I have ordered drive thru today with many items such as onion rrings, chicken strips amd two apple turnovers. When I came back from home realized I have been overcharged even though I have given the coupon $14.99 for two teen burgers combos.They charged me two teen burgers combos instead of one teen burgers combo. What's the point of giving them the physical coupon to them at the window.I tried to called them they didn't pick up the phone.Cashier: supervisor 2 had helped me.

Surely, this location is the best A&W in Edmonton. I am a regular customer for over a year because of the friendly staff that never get my order wrong. Their impeccable, clean food handling and quick service is tops! I am always confident that the fresh, hot food I get from Jeet's staff will feed me well and I can enjoy the rest of my working day knowing they are there for me, if I need them. Awesome staff and management! What a positive place!
Wow-what a fresh coffee all the time.This is my favourite location for everyday breakfast and coffee. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended

I don't think I've ever got a correct order from here, or spent less than half an hour in the drive thru. There is a reason people don't go to this particular a&w, and its probably the management. ?
