2022 June 4★If your looking for a decent all you can eat hot pot (also known as shabu shabu) you've come to the right place.Large interior setting, tables are setup with electronic individual hot pots. A menu of over a hundred items for you to choose ranging from meat, seafood, vegetables and others.You should try the cooked items found in the chef's specials (it's own smaller menu). The skewers were very good.Overall it was very good. Good value for the money. Would recommend trying.
Delicious! It was our first time visiting 97 Hotpot and we will be going back for sure!! Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing.
This is a really good place to come eat. I normally come during the week and it's not too busy. Since I was eating with a few of my friends, I came in a Saturday and highly recommend to reserve a table. Good thing I did. It could be because they were busy, bit I did ha eto go see about our soups as they didn't come yet after a long time. We also had to wait a while for our orders too. Oh well! Hopefully it'll be better next time. I would still recommend this place for lunch/dinner.
Food quality was good and fresh. Service is a bit slow due to lack of staff. Partly because of difficulty hiring during COVID. I saw other similar Hot Pot restaurants used robotic servers to bring food to each table. That would be my recommendation for this restaurant to resolve their staff shortage problem.
I came in around 10pm tonight. I don’t normally come to this hot pot, but it was closer than my regular spot.The food was good. Standard fare for a hot pot place, but from where I was sitting, I could see them slicing my meat to order. My server was very insistent on me getting my money’s worth of the all you can eat (a free appy and ice cream as well as soup).I gave it 4 stars because I had to ask to get the rest of my order about 10 minutes after I received my pork and mushrooms and nothing else.
Amazing hotpot. The staff is always friendly. The food and broth never takes very long to come out to your table. The restaurant is warm even when it's cold. The renovations in the place are amazing. This is the best hotpot in the area and I always return. I have been there at least a dozen times and have not had one bad experience. The staff is always very quick to remove hobos
We went to have lunch. $17.25 for 6 items. Good customer service. Staff is friendly. Food quality and portion is good.
Haven’t been back since they renovated and it was terrific. Each table now has a high powered range hood so my clothes don’t stink anymore.Staff was very attentive and friendly. Food portions were smaller now due to high food costs but nothing stops you just from ordering more. Food was fresh though.
Was our first time here. Such a fun experience. Was a little cold but it's super cold outside. Service was great, super friendly.
I was trying to not say anything about this. I was parked behind the restaurant, when I parked everything was good, during eating I found the food like this, I talked the staff who work their, I am sure after that my car’s tire got a hug nail in my tire, I am not saying who did it, I just want to warning you be careful!
