Service was terribleBrought us water then waited 20 minutes and nobody even checked In to see if we were ready to order.Walked out and went to the brew house instead10 hours after our terrible experience the owner replies saying thanks for the star !Instead of an apology for having two servers on a Friday night!Would not recommend this place to anyone.An owner with a response like that does not deserve anyone's business!
Server certainly deserves 5 star as she was very friendly and prompt at her job.Back house on the other hand, I'd never go back to eat here. I really didn't like the meal or appetizers.Great place for a drink but not to eat.
We had Ashley as our server and she was great. We each had a burger which was decent, the patty was a little on the thin side but the portion size of everything was good. I would’ve given it a five star rating but as we were leaving the restaurant, the bleach blond bartender actually yelled at us to put our masks on even though she was surrounded by everyone at the bar without wearing their masks and our seats were right by the door. I was quite surprised with her angry attitude and we didn’t appreciate being disrespected and having everyones eyes on us as they were trying to see who she was yelling at. It would’ve been a good evening but being demeaned like this ruined our view of the place, I will not be going back.
Great staff and awesome atmosphere! Next time we are in town from Sask we’ll be back for sure!
Hands down the best sports watching experience in the area. Solid happy hour deals, just wish they expanded their menu one day because I'm not really a restaurant burger person, but for what it is, they do it really well. The tater tots are MONEY. Also the service is almost always excellent, especially the last few months!
Our waitress Ashley was awesome! We enjoyed the Cobb salad and bacon cheeseburger. Fries are nice and crispy. Good selection of beers on tap
This tends to be one of my more frequent places to eat. I’ve never really had a bad meal and not much to complain about. Great sports bar. Always nice people. Drinks are also good. Selection is large. Try the buffalo chicken cheese dip it’s the best. Build your own burger is what I always get when I visit.
Tonight I wanted to go out for my birthday supper and of course chose 1st round as always. I have spent a lot of time and money here. Well after tonight that will change. Right before going to first round I renewed my drivers license where as everyone knows they take away your current card and give you a temporary written paper one. I thought I was smart enough to take a picture of it before they took it. Well guess not. Arrived at the restaurant and denied entry because I didn’t have a physical copy of my ID with a picture and a picture of it wasn’t good enough. Well how the hell am I supposed to show it when the government takes it away huh? I am vaccinated x3 and had ample amount of proof!!!I even tried showing my student ID, Costco card, and my credit card but nothing. Jokes on you guys because you lost our business and we were able to be served at Brewsters across the street with absolutely no problem! :).
Would not accept our gift certificate (apparently gift certificates are not allowed for take out) also there was nothing stated on the gift certificate saying there were stipulations. On top of that they forgot the gravy for the poutine and chicken for my salad. Only reason I paid for our order was I was concerned that the server would have to take the heat on a $100 order. But it was the manager that was absolutely terrible.Edit: after the response from the company I would like to remind them that if that is their policy it should be stated on the gift certificate that it must be redeemed in house (I would not have a problem with that) the problem lies in there was nothing stated on the certificate, I came into the city from north of Edmonton. Unacceptable business practice. If I were to take it to court I would have won since nothing is stated on the certificate.You won’t have the chance of “making things right” because I politely handed in certificate to what you would call a manager and told him “thank god I got these from a charity raffle” and walked away.These actions do no referent other Rnd1 as I have been to several and the service and food is always amazing.
Always delicious. Great selection. Where did the make your own burger menu go? It wasn’t offered to me here.
