Their milk tea is delicious, but they don't have the usual selection of smoothies or slushes. Still a great place to get brown sugar milk tea.
The fruit teas are good and refreshing!But I don't recommend the brown sugar teas, they don't have much flavour.
Delicious bubble tea, we tried their brown sugar latte and it was amazing. The staff are helpful should you require any suggestions or recommendation in choosing the drink.
I’ve been here twice and they take ridiculously long to make your drinks even when it’s ain’t busy. Along with bad customer service. The first time I was there was at 6:30 pm and they ran out of pearls. For small boba businesses that run out of pearls towards the end of the day is more acceptable then a franchise business running out. The second time I’ve been there around 6pm they ran out of peaches and I feel that for a franchise business they should be more on top of their stock and what they have ran out of. I ordered my drink and they began making it only to realize 10 minutes in that they didn’t have the main ingredient. It’s absurd and for the price you pay for the boba I would be expecting something better. Next time you could honestly go to gongcha or support a small business and it would be better.UPDATE:They messed up my order by not having filling in my egg pancakes and messing up my mango cheese foam drink. The person in the back said they would remake it and that they won’t charge me for it’s as if they are trying to be nice. This is really unacceptable probably never come back
The service was great! Kids loved their bubble teas (strawberry milk and mango fruit). My Brown Sugar Pearl Milk was alright. I hoped it was a little sweeter and more cold. We're happy overall. Oh and the Custard Pancakes were tasty.
Good ratio of milk tea and pearls. Pearls wasn’t too sweet nor bland. It might get a little busy in weekend afternoons. Lots of parking outside. Staff crew were cheerful and precise with our orders.
We ordered two mango tea today .It doesnt taste like mango .When I called them to replace it .The lady at the counter agreed to make another tea with milk Which was nothing but alot of sugar with milk.No taste at all .Look likes I m drinking sweet water.We paid 13 something for two drink all wasted .We threw all the tea .My whole mood was ruined.Lady at the reception was ok though.
The only time I was there they gave me a wrong drink, not what I ordered. Instead making me a new one, they opened the lid, poured the milk out and added milk tea for me. Just to save the pearls. After all that the drink looks blended instead of having caramel hanging on the inside. I ask them and they said "we shaked it for you and anyway that should be the way you drink it".

They have a great product but poor service. I won’t be coming back until they fix their customer service.
