Absolutely delicious and flavorful food.. generous portions sizes and very quick service. We ordered Beef kabsah, chicken Mandi, lamb Akhda, chicken Akhda and had Yemeni masala tea afterwards. Everything had a distinct and very pleasant flavor. They only had one dessert though which tasted ok.

Located in a little house, once you're inside the decor is cute. Food comes super fast. We ordered the lamb but they had just run out so we got a suggestion from our server for what is popular and she suggested the beef. Everything was delicious! The restaurant itself was quiet, but phone and delivery orders were going off constantly. It sounded like a lot of people were ordering takeout for iftar, which we took as a good sign! The soft white beans are a must, they came in a bubbling hot bowl and had amazing flavour. I want to eat nothing but this bread until the end of time.

Our dish was not warm enough, seems it was prepared beforehand and just warmed to serve. Beef kabsah was spicy and tasty but lamb mandi's rice was undercooked without spices. The portions were very generous. One dish was enough for a couple.Staff didn't check on us at all. Just took our order, brought it and left.Decoration was nice but at the entrance there were some cardboard boxes that I made me think we came through staff door not the main door. The building is so old. We had an ok experience overall but since it was 4.8 rated expected much more.

The chicken was perfectly soft and sooo yummy!! The rice were expertly cooked and very moist. One of the best dining experiences I've had in this city, with efficient staff and very quick service.I really enjoyed myself and now I'm gonna look for reasons to come here again and again! The tea and coffee were also on the house and that was a nice surprise for my friend and I. Keep doing what you're doing!!!

This place is my go to place with my friends and family. The place is small yet the hospitality and the food is delicious. Every time I have been to this place or have ordered a take out we always dig in to the food and I always forget to take pictures. Food is so good and generous portion. Food is halal. I have tried lamb mandi, chicken mandi, charred beef, Yemeni style egg, fasha, piping hot naans, lime with mint and tea. They serve food with two sauces. Their naans and sauces are the highlights. Highly recommended for everyone to try once.

I was here for the first time. Ordered beef kabsah, lamb Mandi and fish every thing was good. Goat akdah was just amazingWill return back just to eat this dish. Giving 4 stars because Mandi could have been more juiceir as Arabic rice has to be.

I had a meet up with my friend, at the end we decided to had dinner together and this place comes out randomly. The place is amazing, exceptional customer service and server gave the deal which I didn’t know of. Taste of Mandi was cultivated. I went twice after. Highly recommended.

It's a cozy and warm restaurant, people are friendly and always helpful. They don't serve alcoholic beverages but they have good Arabic coffee. We had Chicken Mandi and Lamb Mandi. The lamb was great, tender and juicy as well as the chicken. However the rice was not my favourite because it was dry, according to my previous experiences Arabic rice usually has a soft texture, oily flavor and enough moisture.

Awesome food. First time trying, will definitely be back.

Definitely a new experience. The food overall was well prepared, including the chicken and fish dishes, and a flavourful lahm soghar wrap, all with unusual flavors enhanced by the earthenware cooking for the vegetarian dishes. Thr chicken mandi was very tender though needed a bit more seasoning. The moola fish was notable and quite good. The Akdah had great robust flavors. The areeka was unusual... kinda like a steamed all grain cookie. Nice flavors but the texture was a lot chewier than I expected. Overall, was worth the try and I'm hoping to try the fahsa lamb Stew next time.
