Amazing development and terrific people amenities are fabulous and i would give it 5 starts but !!!!Buyer beware you better make sure the people above you wear socks and are super quite or you will go crazy !!You hear every footstep and it will wake you in the morning and keep you awake at night this is not concrete between floors soundproofing is poorIts actually embarrassing when you have company it can be so bad at times your lights shakeI have heard similar complaints from other owners I have asked management to talk to the people above but nothing ever changes you feel helplessSo great place but be aware unless you have no one above be prepared.I was not I wish that they had spent the money on owners comfort and not just everything else

An amazing rental experience. You can not get it anywhere else in Canada, if not World. All the amenities are just at the back of our home. Everything is included. It's exactly like living in a resort the whole year. Westman Village is so beautiful that we had a family Wedding there with beautiful photos and videos and amazing food catered by Chairman's steakhouse, located right inside Westman Village. Our friends also had their wedding here after, catered by Alvin Jazz's super delicious dishes. There is a beach, swimming pool, private theatre, meeting rooms, pool, golf, art room, wine vault, car wash, so many that they built in to give you a 5-star hotel experience all year long. There are so many great events organized all year long, Christmas, summer, Fall. We miss the place very much and the staff is super friendly and professional up until the very minute we move out. The rental apartments are managed by SIMCO management, our property manager is very professional with great advice when we move in and always makes us feel comfortable to talk to and care for us so much up until we move out. Only in Westman Village, I never had the feelings of landlord-tenant relationship but rather living around an extended big family. To sum up, the year we spent at Westman Village is a beautiful dream that we are searching to have again in the future.

Amazing Property... is has everything, pool, gym, jazz club, steakhouse. Beautiful units to fit every budget. The new Streams of Mahogany are very nice indeed!!
So far love living here. Even with COVID restricting a lot of the building (completely understandable) it is a great location and has tons to do. The only thing better then the building is Manager MOE!! Incredibly helpful and kind hearted, he makes that village what it is!
This development is a must see. Fantastic architecture,and clearly Jayman paid attention to every detail. Variety of different housing options, great on-site amenities, and a great steak at Chairmans Steakhouse. Great job!
An amazing place, with so much to do... As long as you are with a resident of the neighborhood. You can access all sorts of shops and lakes, there are plenty of fountains and a playground for young children with a lake view steakhouse. At the lake there is paddle boarding and boating, fishing ( at certain locations), and any depth of sand full water, just don't go to close to the border of the children's swim area because all the rocks are gathered there. There is basically any room in the village center, whether it's a movie theater, or library, all included in payments for the residence.
Live in this neighbourhood. On our walks, we stop there with our hot chocolate and just sit for a bit.
