Sometimes the simplest meals are the best meals, especially when shared with family & friends! The house tacos ? are delicious, 3 tacos for $10! ? Also grab a soursop juice, it’s so good and high in vitamin C! ?
Great service and even better food! I placed a large catering order (over 100 tacos) with the kitchen staff at Unimarket; their communication was exceptional and the order was packaged perfectly. Gracias to Diana and the team!
This market is clearly striving to be the Latin version of the ever popular Italian markets. Walking in this afternoon to grab lunch I was very impressed with the upgrading. I have been going there for years because the food is excellent and authentic. They now have a great seating area with nice comfortable chairs and attractive wooden tables. The market/grocery area seems to be laid out nicely. I will be back to explore the market next time for sure. Highly recommend!!
Great choice and selection, but I paid almost $30 for shipping only one province over, and they just loosely threw my items in a large box, with no packing paper, so the 6 pack of soda crushed the chip bags and blew them open during shipping. I definitely expected a little more care and thought than that.
Incredible market and bakery for all things Latin, amazingly fresh and they have a kitchen to order hot items. Lots of unique grocery items as well and fresh made tortilla!
Great place to eat authentic latin food. Delicious with variety of flavors, also noticed that is a convenient place for Paleo diet.
Great Colombian market you can find all sorts of things from Latin America, and they also have a dine in restaurants with amazing dishes. Although, the food taste super great you might want to tell them to warn the food for you.
Recently I went to this place to eat a Cachito and I was very disappointed because first a cachito the size of a finger the price 4$ And them when I try them specially the turkey one taste like rotten very disgusting . Better cachitos in other places. Wish they improved next time I will send Alberta Health. I’m going to let know to everyone the bad quality of this place
Extremely disappointed with the service my friends and I received here on Tuesday. We are regulars here and typically go twice a week. The service lately has gone down immensely however we have still been going as the food is fantastic... Not sure if we will return after our last visit however.While waiting in line to order our food there was only 2 people ahead of us so it was not busy like it typically is. The server (Fernanda) cameover to take my order, which I gave her. She then proceeded to walk away and disappeared for a couple mins. Once she was in sight again she was on the phone and you could see her preparing/packaging up what I assume to be an order. When she returned she then started preparing my order. She only did the tortillas and the meat before she walked away again (I just got some tacos). This time I watched her go around to the outside of the line where someone was standing and waiting for her. She chatted with them for a bit then went back to work. She prepared food for them and came around again to give it to them. In this time the other lady (who was very nice by the way) has finished helping me and has now finally started my friends orders. By the time Fernanda came back over to me so that I could actually pay my food, ithad been sitting on the counter for 10 mins and was quite cold. I told her my food was cold now and she responded in quite a sassy tone "well I can make another one for you if you need." At this point I was not happy and just wanted to get out of there. My friends were also still waiting on their food. Some of which hadnt even had ordered yet.I am not sure if Fernanda let the people budge us because she knows them or because of how we looked but unfortunately that is definitely how we left feeling considering who "budged" us... We are hoping the male crew will be back soon as they were all so friendly and welcoming.
