Had the most amazing evening & dinner!! 10/10 food, cocktails, vibes & service! “Kristen” our waitress was a DOLL! She really made our evening- her positive energy, great recommendations & excellent service! Best of the best! Can’t wait to go back :)
Incredible!We decided to go on a Monday evening around 8pm and were lucky to get a seat, the place was packed! It was such a fun vibe, definitely loud so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet it’s not your place but if you’re in the mood for a busy spot it’s a great experience. Even with being busy the wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable, they gave great suggestions and were incredibly friendly. We split a bottle of Prosecco which was kept cold at the table and shared the gnocchi pomordo and 4-maggi pizza. The truffle honey on the pizza was a beautiful touch adding a sweet decadent flavour to a cheese loaded pizza. The gnocchi was light and fluffy and melted in your mouth, the acidity of the tomato sauce was countered with the house made ricotta and the balance was simple yet impeccable.We’d recommend Una to anyone and everyone, and we can’t wait to go back!
I had dinner here with colleagues, it was a great experience. Everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly. I personally had the mushroom pizza (porcini, ruccolla, shaved Grana Padano and truffle oil), it was fantastic! The combination of tastes and textures, on a light and fluffy dough, is Pizza on a whole new level.
So apparently my 2 year old daughter will not stop talking about pizza now… Shamille was our server and made us feel right at home. The quality of the fresh ingredients will remind you of Italy. The background music should be noted as well, When you go into a place that plays Chet Baker, it’s a great place!!! You must come and enjoy the experience at Una!!!!!
Really friendly & helpful, pizzas are soooo good, the mushroom one is the best I've ever had. Wine was tasty too!
Hey Una Pizza is a good time. Dim lighting(no squinting need, twas the right shade of dim to see and converse) swanky music and good food make Una a place to recharge before you start traipsing about 17th Ave.The service was good, our server was friendly and paid attention to our table, deftly handling a group of 6 boisterous friends who were catching up after months apart. The food arrived in a timely manner, and was plated in a please manner. Great date night, catch up or stopover upper end pizza with pasta on the menu joint!
Paid 15$ for chicken Karaage, got 4 pieces of dry chicken WITHOUT THE SAUCE. I couldn’t believe how sad it looked, just 4 pieces of dry breaded chicken. If we are going to pay that kind of money for 4 pieces of chicken it would be great if the staff could ensure consistency and that service standards are met. Real disappointed. Buyers please make sure to double check your takeout orders before leaving.
Una is one of our favorite places for Pizza.Their pizzas are so fresh and flavorful. Cocktails are good and tasted great with a hint of black pepper on it.This place is usually full and be ready to wait for 45 mins - 1 hour if you are coming at peak hours.
I have NEVER in my life taken more delight in food as heavenly than this and the cheesecake was beyond orgasmic! Supreme job Una! I will definitely be a regular and praise your food coma skills!!! Signed, died and gone to heaven!
Looking for a quick and delicious lunch on the run? What an terrific find! Una on 17th offers two substantial slices for $8 as a lunchtime special. They cure their own meats and make everything they can in-house from local ingredients. Fabulous fare, creative (and even gluten free) options with excellent service. Highly recommended! Will be going there for a full dinner with my sweetie at the next opportunity. ❤️
