Staff here gets grumpy when you use the coupons in the Tim’s App.
Worst experience and worst customer service ever I came in few min ago with my buddy to get something to eat and the messed up the order entirely even though we repeat the order to them at least 3 times they still got it wrong if you can’t understand a simple English maybe you should consider taking some English course so you can understand what the hell if on the order and communicate with costumerNever going back in there
They should work till 6, but was already closed at 5:25.
please google put zero stare option ....am here for this morning unfortunately i dont have interest to drink or eat so i feel just to drink a glass of water ....but for some reason she told me to pay 0.30 cent i dont think this is fair to pay for the cup to drink water since we get it for free every where ...
Not open to the public for some reason? But it's not listed. And the rent-a-cops out front were very rude. Haveno idea how good the food is because they are only available to bowvally for some reason. No one could tell me why.
Each time you order one the the 3 dream doughnuts especially the strawberry confetti doughnut it is always different. Which is not different in a good way!
Worst Customer Service and Food Quality.I had very bad experiences with this Tim Horton. I ordered a crispy chicken club sandwich meal, first the person on the till was having no idea how to place an order. Finally when I received my order i found the chicken patty was under-cooked and rubbery. There response was very annoying on reaching back to them with this issue. They are just bossing around with customers as they seem to enjoy the benefit of having in-campus location. They also love a-lot to blame customers, when they handover wrong orders. Most of them don’t know how to handle custom orders or end up giving you wrong order. They never apologize for their mistake instead they prefer to argue with customer.
I love Tim Horton everything I get from them is so good, the staff is very nice, friendly. I have been going to Tim Hortons for so many years and will always be going there. For the best donuts, hot chocolate, ice capps everything. It is just so hard for to make a decision on what I want. Many times I want to get everything
one of my favorite food is toasted croissant with butter or a sandwich, but this location refused to toast my croissant which i never had any issues with other locations . instead they suggested it to be heated, i said okay. then the following week, they said they can't do it anymore. they won't even cut up my croissant in half and gave me a butter on the side.other people doesn't have time to sit down, and spread their butter. we eat while we run to go where we are supposed to go.
This is a quieter, calmer, and more professional Tim's than the one on the other side of the platform. If you can choose this one while you're downtown, do it! My only issue is there's a pretty big lack of seating and there's no actual tables, but most people are going in and out, so it's not too bad finding a seat.
