The worst service I’ve had at any coffee shop, and old guy behind the counter treats customers like they’re bothering him.
3 people working and all of them are only working on 1 order… I’ve waited for 10 min and no one has taken any other orders
It's a pretty good location. Especially thinking that once you are inside the mall, you want to go shopping but not leave to get a coffee then back. Service is good, and they are decently fast with your order.
It was a little busy but the staff were very nice and friendly about it.
This location never opens on time.Website says opens at 9 am...but they ooen around 9.15 or 9.20 sometimes
I am very disappointed with Tim's. First they can never get your order right, especially with coffee how hard is it to make a cup of coffee with three sugars and two cream and you leave the drive thru with black coffee. Second they don't listen to what you are ordering and you get up to the window and they are asking for $10.50 and you only order a small coffee. Third then need to speak English and stop talking in there language, if you are going to work with the public speak English period.
I asked and payed for a large mocha latté with an extra shot and watch and counted as the espresso machine did its this and it only did the espresso part of a large and she didn't ad the extra shot. I know how the machine works as I work at a Tim's myself

Overall, the Chinook location is good. I am the regular one and I order double toasted bagels everytime but I always get the regular one. No one except Sandra knows how to toast and make the perfect bagels, She is perfect in making everything. Once the bagel was not even cut into pieces. Hope they will improve themselves soon.
Ordered on the kiosk and all I saw was two people standing walking back and forth confused. 5 mins went by and the line was growing and nothing was being made. Eventually asked for a refund and they were confused as to why. Well I ordered a head of time to have my order ready before I got there. I didn’t order ahead to see two people stand there and not know what to do.Extremely poor service
