I was Refused service last night, for a coffee to go, as I didn't show a vacinne passport????
Staff not very attentive to customers orders. Even when it is slow, they seemed to constantly be making mistakes.
Great service but today was slow due to long line . Donuts were great.
Very fast drive thru.
Every single time I come here something is wrong with my order, today I got a blt and a turkey club, both tasted awful and didn’t have any tomato, not to mention the fact that I told them my order as 10 Timbits then charged me and gave me 12 donuts ? Don’t order a sandwich from here or anything for that matter for your own sake.
I love this Tim Hortons. Thank you for putting the =) on my xlarge double double, it made me smile and it tasted great. Love coming to this location even when the drive through line is a bit longer, at least it is open unlike others that put crates in their drive through almost every night. Good selection. Thanks for being awesome.
I would just like to say that these are some hard-working folk and deserve every kudos I can give. I wish I had a tip jar that I could drop some money into but I suppose a good review but hopefully their boss will see we'll make a difference.
at around 10:38pm we ordered at the drive through. we ordered 1 iced cap mocha and 1 iced cap caramel. They gove the order without the whip cream on top, so we asked him to put whip cream and the crew said that it doesnt come with whip cream. we’ve been buying our iced cap there many times and it always come with whip cream. Why does crew doesnt know if the drink they are serving comes with whipcream or not.
Extremely slooooowwww service!!Then my order wasn't even right after I was asked to repeat myself 3 times!I ordered a hot drink and a donut... Drink was wrong and donut has some kind of granular material in it that hurt my teeth.I will not be going back to this Tims.
Of the different tims outlets that I have been to, the one just off Macleod and Glenmore is one of the fastest, not at all like the one in Transcanada mall which is one of the slowest.
