You should give option for leaving no star. This location is horrible, actually a lot of them are. I use Tim’s a lot but this location is very bad. From the constant beggars by the drive though, to the extremely rude service to subpar food to wrong orders to staff who don’t speak a lick of English. The Filipinos are the worst. They’re bad no matter where they work, but in this location it’s so bad with them I can’t even find words. Everyone needs to be fired. The Indian ladies are No better. Not being racist, just a fact.But…. A few nights ago and I’m talking the middle of the night I encountered a young man at the drive through who spoke perfect English and he was so polite he sent me into a state of shock. Then I get to the window and he apologizes profusely because he didn’t know how to make a couple of items. Not his fault. He was so sweet I could have crawled through the little window and hugged him. One person after using that location for 20 years.My orders are also usually wrong as with every other kind of drive through in the city. What’s wrong with people? If you hate your job just quit.I’m done with Tim’s.

Wilted lettuce soggy tomatoes under cooked bacon that’s what you get here. Everyone that works in that building should be ashamed of themselves for serving food like that. It’s not the customers fault that you work a minimum wage job. More effort required. And the manager should be fired for food going out like that.

Overall the environment and service was not bad. Iced Cap was good as usual. Breakfast wraps and biscuits didn’t taste good

Donut was okay, it was actually filled up nicely.But I am not sure how to feel about when I ask Dozen donuts with no old fashioned, cashier goes what? And, have to explain what is donzen of donuts is as well as what is old fashioned means and ask for ice capp and person goes that's.... ice cappuccino right?? I am really not sure how I feel about that. but overall good

We were at the drive thru. Trying to order food and the indian lady who was taking our was very rude. She was cutting us off and questioned us three times if we wanted order. Of course we do! Why else would we buy it? On the other hand, Cindy was kind enough to apologize and it was not even her fault. This happened at 11:24am, somerset Tims. Cindy apologized again for one last time and even was kind enough to ask if we wanted extra cutleries and napkins.

Haven't been to Timmy's in 9 years as we were out of country - went for the first time today - coffee way better than I remember and food pretty darn good. Guess we will once again be loyal fans of Tim's.

My local Tim Hortons, I'm there every day for a coffee. The drive thru is fast and the service is kind and professional.Only downside is that beggars sit in the corner of the building right before the drive thru asking for money, food, and coffee.Every. Single. Day.

I am giving one star only because I cannot give a lower star. The staff working the drive thru are very rude. I attempted to use a deal from the app but she said it did not work, I would have to try using it the next time I ordered. In addition they almost throw your order out the window. Deal with each customer as if they are your only customer, like the staff at the Midlake location. When I arrived home I discovered that they had not given me what I ordered. I also noted that my transaction had not gone through my app and I had not received my rolls! I wonder where my rolls went? Just saying!!!! I will never go here again and will share this experience with everyone I know.

Ice Cappuccino's are watered down piss! 4 dollars and 20 cents worth of ice! Originally open 5am-11pm now open 6am-10pm for walk in which is two hours less a day than before! Covid doesn't read clocks It is NO excuse! Wait ten min to have your order taken when there are six people behind the counter who are only paying attention to drive through! Rude employees Communicating to each other in Filipino when they should be speaking English! Rude evening supervisor and despicable customer service.

I was ordering a breakfast sandwich with sausage and no cheese. I realized I got the order messed up. I got cheese and no sausage. I came back to make a refund complaint and the employees said no we can't and then gave my money back.After they laughed at me and said haha breakfast sandwich and something in their filipino language and got their manager and yelled at me. This Tim Hortons has horrible behaviour of employees and need better people to serve their customers with respect and English too.!
