I give one star due to the fact of false advertising...this place does not have a drive through. Also as my wife trying to order there are 3 employees(all females) taking there sweet time talking and laughing with out even paying attention to us. Where is the service??

Best staff with fast service and delivers awesome fresh food and drinks. Will sure visit again. ❤️

No organization. Can't tell who's next in line. Slow as hell. And cashier didn't give me a order number. And lady just kept calling an order number that I had no way of knowing was mine. Same thing happened to a few people. So I told her I didn't have an order number an she caught a bad attitude with me telling me it wasn't her problem

Visited yesterday and the place is so dirty.Coming to food, their Cilantro Lime chicken bowl is pathetic, flavorless and expensive.I could hardly taste any lime.Never visiting again.

Minimum wage = Minimum Skills, this place definitely shows that. Got our order wrong over SkipTheDishes. How do you mess up a black coffee?

I am always completely satisfied when purchasing product from this Tim Hortons location...Just today the person the girl that served me did not seem to want to satisfy her customer. I asked for my usual a medium icecap with whipped topping and she gave it to me and I clearly could see there was only one little dab of whipped topping so I asked to put more and as she was doing another little dab she was muttering under her breath.....and not treating me right in turn I still was not happy with my drink and so that why I am writing this.

This is the worst Tim hortons. Absolutely no accuracy with skip the dish orders. Always missing entire sandwiches, bagel choice is either wrong or not toasted. The hash browns the last two times have been rock hard. One of the sandwiches was missing both the sausage and cheese. And my ice coffee had curdled milk.If your employees are too busy to make these orders they should be pausing their apps if they can’t make the orders right. It’s not like I can have it re delivered as skip doesn’t do that and also doesn’t reimburse you for the delivery fee.Also no one answers the phone when you try to call.Please teach your employees the value of accuracy and the fact that they are literally wasting peoples money is not okay.

My mom and I went here this afternoon and one of your amazing male employees manning the counter (unfortunately we forgot to ask for his name) went above and beyond in helping us as well as gave us excellent customer service. We said we'd give him 10 stars but unfortunately Google only let's us give 5. Thanks for all your hard work and making people smile, after a long walk your hospitality was definitely appreciated. To the store owner, your employees are definitely excellent at their job. PS the timbeebs were delicious and fresh.Thanks for the excellent service, from my mom and IJ and M

Every time I go to this tims, the people are always rude. The employees really need customer service training aaaaaaand they got my decaf coffee order wrong
