I love the sausage english muffin. I was eating it almost every breakfast.

Staff are friendly except I noticed that their baked goods and drinks need ATTENTION. I tried stepped tea with milk and I noticed that there were some oil on my tea...felt like they did not wash their dishes properly. SANITARY ISSUE IS NUMBER ONE ISSUE AS THIS CAN CAUSE CROSS-CONTAMINATION

Ordered a Caprese sandwich as I am doing a veggie stint right now. No caprese on the sandwich...just one slice of cheddar cheese. Tim Hortons did take care of me through the app and it was made when I got there....hence 2 stars.

Just one person working, and saying no to everything, bagels, wraps and it’s 9:pm only. Closing is at 11 I believe. Just donuts are available and coffee available.Need more people working. I don’t blame her. Loosing business big time .

One of the bad experience with this tim in whole canada, very annoying staff, super rude didn't know how to talk with customers, even whenever you have need washroom, they always lock the door and never give you access of the washroom.i will never go on this tim ever, i highly degrade, please avoid if you guys can avoid.

Slower service at this Tims, some of the donuts sit out for a long time so not always the best place to grab your bite. Also doesn't have a drive thru.

Worst customer service & the manager works in the morning seems like always grumpy. Never smile ?. Please stop going in to this Location to serve better to our community

3 stars for Sheila and Alexis who not only worked efficiently but exuded kindness and respect.I want to address the other employee (female w/ dark hair, did not get a chance to see her name tag) and the store manager/owner (the white man, white shirt no name tag). I just moved into the neighborhood on Monday therefore yesterday was my first time at your location. I walked over with my service dog, I am well aware that animals are not permitted in Tim Hortons and Starbucks establishments with the exception of Service Animals. I have my dogs documentation handy for such instances. Rather than speak to me, the dark haired, female employee rushed to her boss, the white man, and stated "she has a dog in here" which I could hear and responded that she was a certified Service Dog and here is her ID; and I also added "all you had to do was ask". Here comes the second disappointment; the man took a look at me then the certified card and turned his nose up at it and begrudgingly returned it to me. Sir, I do not know if that expression was intended for me or my dog or both but either way it is not a good look and you came off discriminatory. As a privilege, white male AND as a man in leadership you need to be mindful of how you come off to people; especially when you have no idea who those people are or who they me be connected to. With cancel culture ramping up more and more by the day; you could end up in a news article, news segment or a tv/radio show. To the dark haired woman, next time just kindly greet the patron and inquire rather than ignore them, you are frontline worker and deal with a lot daily but it starts with your initial contact and/or reaction to a patron that will set the tone for the interaction. If it was not for Sheila and Alexis I would choose to avoid this location but I won't let my first experience there deter me from the convenience of the location. I slept on this and it still did not sit well with me and that is why I chose to write my review. May this be a lesson learned for the aforementioned individuals above; greet people with respect and kindness, inquire first before accusing and be mindful of your expressions and body language. There is enough problems in this world towards bipoc and individuals with disabilities; do not be a contributing catalyst for that problem.

loved tim Hortons coffee forever

An employee took excessively long to order a single ice coffee, and she removed one of my drinks in the process. If I hadn't caught it then the order would've taken longer than it already did. After everything, I then told her I wanted to scan my app for roll up the rim, to which I did (heard the beep and everything), the card reader timed out to then I tried to rescan multiple times because I was unsure anything went through. After no response from the machine and my phone, I paid and to my dismay I was right. I didn't get my rolls, and I wasn't redeeming a free drink. When I questioned why I didn't get my rolls, another employee proceeded to gaslight me saying I didn't when I absolutely did, multiple times. The employee then told her to ignore me when I stood there shocked at the terrible customer service I was a part of. I don't recommend coming here if you're expecting fair service. The low rating has nothing to do with the rolls to be clear, it's the abhorrent customer service that was shown after. A real disgrace
