This place constantly messes up my orders, they don’t listen. I went through the drive through this morning and asked for a Med. London fog w/ oat milk and to FILL IT UP at the end with hot water - as I previously had a half empty cup. I repeated it twice and they said yes they will. Why is my cup still only half filled? I am annoyed because I’m off to work and can’t go back. But I will be getting a refund later. You cannot sell people a half filled cup for 3 dollars- Do better Tim Hortons.

Management! Please read this! I’ve been to various Tim Hortons locations across our country, I have never ever ever experienced anything close to what your drive-through does consistently. It’s super ridiculous. You need to make some changes, and implement a process to streamline your customers through the drive. There’s nonstop confusion, they don’t want you to pull up, they’re trying to manipulate the time to get your drinks, but you sit at the order station forever… you’re making me not want to buy your products

I ordered chicken noodle soup thru skip the dishes. The soup was very brown and very old looking. The taste was so awful. I just threw it away. So disappointed. I was sick and needed soup. But this was so horrible

Went in today to order for my entire family and while usually this is a nightmare and a hassle to go through ordering so much food, Baljeet made it a simple, easy, and efficient process. Everything looked and tasted amazing, all the drinks made exactly as ordered. My greatest thanks to Baljeet for this great experience and will definitely recommend coming in especially if Baljeet is working.

One of the best things I love about Canada is Tim Hortons. Excellent coffee and food. It is very affordable and high quality products.

Visited 6am on June 17th and had an incredible experience. Ordered french vanilla with shot of espresso and it tasted fresh. Staff was friendly and had patience taking the order. Place was clean and neatly arranged. Didn't take lot of time and service was quick. Once order was prepared, the male staff called to confirm the order was made and given to the right person. Thank you for awesomeness and friendliness.

My bagel was toasted but cold. I wonder when it was toasted? Very disappointing. I was also not provided with a receipt. Probably to avoid customer feedback. Also seems like tim hortons has abandoned there fresh coffee policy? This stuff was rough.

Their food doesn't need review.The staff were very polite and helpful. Fast service. Good parking space.

Did not listen to my order, had to repeat x3. Then get bag with only one breakfast sandwich on plain bagel not multi. Lots of workers but not attentive to customers, waited way to long to have order corrected. The food & coffee was good. Not sure what the hold up was, only people in and out were simple coffee orders. ?

Complaint already submitted to HO.Almost 20 minutes in drive through lineup! I got to listen to a whole conversation in nonenglish for another minute… then wait longer until I was acknowledged. Ordered a large iced cap. Twice she said… what size do you want? Small? No… 1 large iced Capp. Ok. Get to the window, gent already has debit machine out… small iced Capp he says? No.. large… ok… pay he says. I asked if it was for a large iced Capp.. he says go ahead and pay. Actually paid for and received proper order.What frustrates is the 8 cars that passed by on the left lane, watching driver ahead of me getting frustrated trying to get her order placed, then watching her hand actions and frustration trying to reexplain her order at the window!Over all time in drive through almost 26 minutesI have gone through 3 times and have been frustrated every time. I will now go 15 minutes out of my way to not give that location one more dollar due to their lousy customer service
