Person behind counter ignores you and then deals with the car in drive through very slowly. I just walked out.
I don’t know what it is about this tim Hortons but it’s like they only have good staff on until 3pm. After that it’s all either young students or people who don’t want to work and just horse around. I am never greeted with a smile or hello after 3pm it’s always a bunch of laughing kids, and they never get the order right. I don’t usually get much a bagel normal toasted but extra butter, every time it’s never toasted and all and less then a normal size serving of butter let alone extra butter. Or I’ll et a wrap for my son and same thing instruction not followed and soggy chicken. Definitely have learned to go elsewhere after last night it was just unacceptable how they were
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews for fast food, but the service this morning was horrible. An employee gat argumentative because I tried ordering something they didn’t have.When receiving my food the manager took my payment and was audibly and visibly upset I wanted to scan my rewards card. They got my order wrong and my wrap was cold. Go to any tims but this one.
Time to clean up the crack heads begging for change beside the pickup window. Place feels really dirty and unkept. Service is not the greatest. Rude staff.
I don't have any complaints, they made my food correctly. But nothing stood out that made thus Tim Hortons better than any other.
They didn't screw up my order. With Timmies, that's all I care about.

The gas station Timmies is a good one! I had previously left a bad review, it was a mistake. The staff here are very nice, coffee is always good.
This review is not about this location but about this new Tim Bits product co- created by Justin Bieber and Tim Hortons.There is nothing special about these Tim-Biebs. Almost taste the same as regular Tim Bits. In fact the regular Sour Cream Tim Bit tastes better. And there are many other Tim Bits that taste better.All this IMO is just a marketing program and a good one at that until people catch on. I won’t be paying a premium price for these Tim-Biebs again.Conclusion: Justin Bieber is an awesome entertainer and singer and should stick to that. And Tim Hortons, stick to the basics that made you a household name.
