This getting worst place ever, I can’t believe it. I spend $5.25 for this, I know inflation happen in Canada, but not to be RIP OFF like this. I hope the owner should read this and making it better.
This Timmies is usually really good. I’m not sure if they have new staff now or not but I find myself waiting forever now. Doesn’t matter if I go inside or through the drive though. Takes forever!!I am almost ready to stop visiting this location. There is always problems when I come here now. Super disappointing.Also if your debit machine is down you should warn people before they get stuck in your drive thru line up!!
Don't even bother going to this Tim Hortons!!! You may as well take the extra 10 mins and drive to another one that will actually give you the right food.I have been going to this Tim's for 5 years, almost everyday. I would say 90% of my orders in that time have been incorrect. I order the same thing almost every day, a BLT with cheese and a French vanilla with espresso.... not that difficult. Yet each time I go, something is wrong. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is getting ridiculous.Example- I have ordered many BLT's with cheese, some come with cheese some do not, sometimes there is no bacon, sometimes no mayo. Today they couldn't even get a chocolate muffin right, and gave me bran. They also rip you off by making you pay full price for a sandwich then they put it on a small bun that is for a cravable. So i pay $8 for a BLT that is suppose to be a full bun, and instead I get the cravable bun that is probably only worth a dollar or two. (2 bites and you're done the sandwich)Throughout the years they've been able to make so much money from me $1 extra for cheese and isn't put on the sandwich, shots of espresso that are $2 that do not get put into my coffee, Sandwiches that I don't even bother eating because they seem to be unable to put Bacon Lettuce Tomato and cheese on a sandwich.Officially never going back to this Tim Hortons after today they screwed up my muffin, BLT and coffee... AGAIN.TERRIBLE!!I truly hope their management goes through and reads these reviews, as I've read multiple that are similar situations as mine and clearly nothing has changed.
Best restaurant in Calgary for food . I go there every time I get a chance.10/10 for the employees and chefs.Keep up the good taste and service.
Waited 30 mins for a cup of coffee in the drive thru. Was late for work, won't be back.
Complaint #1: about 2 weeks ago, I ordered steak breakfast sandwich, it had no steak in it. I went back and asked for it, they forgot to grill it since I asked for it to be toasted and filled. I didn't bother going a third time.Complaint #2: last week I went to get egg farmers wrap, it had no hash brown in it. I went back for hashbrown.Complaint #3: I went to buy 3 cold drinks, the caramel ice capp lid was not well closed. As soon as I picked it up, it went all over my car, clothes, jacket.I just want to know why you cannot make an order right. This is the worst Tim Hortons experience I have had. This is terrible.SERVE BETTER PLEASE
went today at this location in my lunch time. I stood there for over 5 mins. While they kept walking by me. I yelled hello. no one came to take my order. kept helping the drive through. I ended up leaving without ordering.
Like all other Tim's coffee shop. They offer dine in option until 11pm. Drive thru is 24 hrs. I like that they get my coffee mix correctly.
The jalepeno bagel here was amazing. 4 star instead of 5 because the drive thru person basically thrust the bag at us and then shook it with a bit of impatience though we were at the window for only about 15 seconds total, including time to pay.
My favorite Tim Hortons they are always very patient when I ask to explain a new menu item and take initiative in pointing out the best west way to order something.Example: I always order a latte with caramel at other places and they let me know the difference between that and a caramel latte!! Now I always order a caramel latte and get the amount of flavor I want at every tims.My only complaint is sometimes late at night there's not a good donut selection but I understand it's late and they are a popular place so they probably just run out during the day.Keep up the great work. All very lovely people and happy in the mornings.
