Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No acknowledgement from numerous employees behind the counter they are to busy trying to figure out who is in charge. Bagels are never warm even when asked for double toasted! Coffee is terrible. Place is dirty!Do better!
I come to this Tim Hortons all the time via their drive-thru and today was my first dine-in experience at this location.cWaited about 5 minutes inside before any staff acknowledged me to take my order. It was clear that the staff priorities during my visit was for their drive-thru window. Ordered a coffee but when served the lid was dirty and needed to be replaced but my initial thought was - how come staff didn't notice that before serving it to me? Brought this to their attention to have the lid replaced. My coffee was made to order but it was obvious that the dining area in the restaurant was messy and not attended to for quite some time. Hesitant to return for dine-in but I think the drive-thru is where it's at as service is always friendly anytime that I visit.
The man at the drive through who I think might be the manager isn’t very nice. He was pretty much hurrying me as I was taking my card out of my wallet (which took no more than 5 seconds, mind you)and I felt overall really rushed. He should definitely brush up on his customer service skills as that’s no way to treat anyone, let alone a paying customer.

All around, I felt very unwelcome.I cannot recommend this location, and will not return to this location. Worst service.
Went there twice within the last little while. All around, I felt very unwelcome.The butter that comes with the bread rolls is always rancid.I cannot recommend this location, and will not return any time soon.
This is the cleanest store I have seen, came in to conduct few interview calls and noticed this outstanding Tim’s location. Awesome food and ice cap with wonderful and very quick service.. ! Keep it up guys !
The girl taking the orders at the drive thru dissappeared in the the middle of making the order, she came back to the microphone (without apologizing) and start over again. We have to repeat the order at least three times cause she was continuously not paying attention to us. We then drove to the pick up window, 5 min waiting and no one, after another couple of minutes we just went somewhere else. Btw, we just ordered 2 coffees and we were the only car in the drive thru
If it was an option this would been a -2 for our our experience. Got in the drive thru at 9:02 with one car in front of us and got out at 9:20!!!! 18 minutes for two coffees and a donut is absolutely ridiculous!!! Two cars behind us left because of it.....when the employee was confronted about why it takes that long she walked away from the window, we asked her again what was the hold up and she shut the window and walked away!! We also didn't receive what we ordered!! I have worked in the food and customer service Industry for 15 years this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional We will not be returning to this location ever.
Asked for an assorted 20 pack of Tim bits and they literally only gave 2 kinds. If there aren't a variety available let your customers know.
At least this location is full of stock including Justin bieber items. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches here is always very fresh and the guy in glasses is amazing sales person with 100% energy level ?
