If I could give this place zero star I would. I went to drive thru this morning and the cashier at the window (one girl with red Tim Horton’s shirt probably she is a supervisor ,i don’t know her name because she didn’t has her name tag on her )she was very rude, I told her that my was wrong and she answered me “ I don’t care, I didn’t take Your order “ and she started yelling at me with rude tune . I will never back to this Tim Hortons again. Please train Your employees how to respect customers . bad customer service ???? ??!!
I try to avoid this garbage location at all costs but once in a while a friend stops here. Coffee is still burnt, sandwiches are smashed to oblivion, cold food, rude staff. I'd rather drive anywhere else than go here. At least it's consistent garbage.
If I could give this place a zero I would. They used to be a good Tim Hortons, sure every blue moon they would run out of hash browns but not a big deal, I used to work at Tim’s so I understand the morning rush and sometime you do run out of items. But now a days, every single day they don’t have half of the menu. My order is a farmer’s sausage wrap with ranch no chipotle (I’m allergic), a hash brown and a Diet Coke. The past 3 times I went they didn’t have ranch, no hash browns and they don’t have Diet Coke or regular. I ended up getting the wrap with no sauce and instead they gave me on with chipotle, after telling them I’m allergic. I will not be coming back ever again. The staff is also extremely rude and do not understand when you talk to them
me and my coworker was there for lunch and they could not get or order properly after several attempts !! NO WHITE BREAD available for sandwich and to order something else.. and it was still wrong order and when we received it the soup was all broccoli stalks!
Has a delivery driver I expect to be able to get in get my items and get out so I'm not in the way. This crew is so understaffed that they had 20 plus vehicles in lineup plus seven people inside waiting and me. I don't know about the food because it was not my food. But their speed and ability to actually do the job is severely understaffed
So i decided to go to tim hortons to redeem the roll up to win coffee i won about a week or two earlier and went out of my way to redeem during my latest shopping trip. All of a sudden the app does not work on my phone and asking tim hortons employees to help figure it out they say they cannot due anything. I refuse to pay for the large coffee as i know i won and want to redeem it. I ended up leaving the coffee behind because the stupid app malfunctioned and got timbits for the kids instead which was paid for. Ultimately upset that the restaurant could not figure out what was happening with the tim hortons app
Drive on by...anything more complicated than a bagel and cream cheese and you can count on it getting screwed up. For a place known for coffee they sure don't know how to make it.
Ordered a steak and cheese on a homestyle biscuit. Waited 10-15 minutes to get it, as people behind me were getting their orders. Then, I see an associate run out the door to grab another customer. After a couple of minutes, she grabs the bag and then walks inside and gives me the bag. Since it's -10 outside, the food turned cold. When I mentioned my food was cold, she tried to argue with me about this. Finally, they agreed to warm up the sandwich for me. Also, the double double didn't have sugar in it and the wifi didn't work. Just a terrible experience
I always go to tim Hortons but some worker I think she was afghan was rushing me to get my money out. I made sure I went slower. She was rude.
The staff at this location do not respect the customer at all. I am not your Hun, hunny, sweatheart or any other combination of pet names I have asked you repeatedly not to call me. It's not endearing at all. Then when I ask you not to call me that you throw a fit and tell me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else? I'll do that...the nice thing about Tim Hortons I can go 5 mins away and give someone who treats customers right, my money.
